Scot Holland [Geek Squad Agent] was at my home yesterday to set-up my wireless network. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. My appointment was for 4 p.m., and that's the exact time he arrived at my home.

Had I known how simple this was with Geek Squad, I never would have wasted my time with other competitors! I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any Techno Peasant like myself... Thanks again.

I'd like to thank you for the fantastic service your team provided recently. Your technicians came in and re-installed my surround sound home theatre system (that I had tried to do myself - sounded horrible) and hooked up my TV and everything sounds/looks amazing. As a result, my older brother would like to have the same 2 technicians from Geek Squad, who serviced our house, come to his home as well to re-wire his home theatre system. He has hooked his up himself and after hearing mine (following work with Geek Squad), he'd like to make an appointment.

On Sunday November 22, we had the Geek Squad, Phil & Nick [GSI Team] come in to connect our HD television, as well as the HD Box, DVD player, VCR and VHS. Both of these guys were very professional. They had answers to all of my husband’s questions. They were also very thorough with instructions on how to use the "clicker", and made sure we had no more concerns or questions before they left. Another area they touched on was making recommendations for additional parts & accessories.
I/we are very pleased with the service given, and have no suggestions for improvements.

We recently purchased a new laptop computer and printer from Best Buy. We would want to express sincere thank you to Nicholas Haack [Geek Squad Agent 5067]. He was very professional and in our opinion very knowledgeable of products that we purchased. He was very patient as this all took 2 separate visits to set up the system and have it working. Best Buy is very fortunate to have a representative like Nicholas when they send him out into peoples’ homes for set-ups.
