You can pay using one of the following methods:
Best Buy Canada Gift Card, Best Buy Canada credit card, Reward Zone Visa, MasterCard, VISA, or American Express, provided your card was issued in Canada or the US.
Gift Cards can be combined with other payment methods if the Gift Card(s) being redeemed don't have sufficient funds. You can charge the remaining balance to a credit card.
**At the moment we cannot accept payments made with a MasterCard Debit Card, Visa Debit Card, Best Buy US Gift Card, Best Buy US credit card, cheques, or purchase orders.
Please note: During the online checkout process you will be prompted to provide the telephone number associated with your credit card account. For personal credit cards, that number is most often the same as your home phone number; however, telephone numbers associated with corporate credit card accounts may not be simple to remember. To save time, check to make sure you have the correct telephone number associated with the corporate credit card account prior to using it to complete your online order.
Changing payment methods post-purchase
If you’re an Account Holder, you can change your method of payment depending on the type of order you placed and the status of your order.
Ship to Home orders
Account holders can modify their method of payment on orders that have not been shipped. Click on My Account and log into your account to check the status of your order. If the option to “Change Payment Information” appears, then you can modify your payment method.
Please note: Guest users will not be able to change their method of payment once the order has been placed.
Reserve and Pick Up orders
You can choose your preferred method of payment when you pick up your order at the store. For your convenience we accept cash, debit, Best Buy credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Best Buy gift cards and e-gift cards in our stores.
