When you add the scheduled delivery item to your cart and enter your postal code we'll generate the shipping costs.

Local Delivery

Remote Delivery

Your delivery address is located within a major urban area.

Shipping Charges: $49.99 and under

Scheduled Delivery Date: You will have their delivery date automatically scheduled soon after placing their order. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

Drop-off: Placement of delivery item in the desired location in your home.

Your delivery address is located outside a major urban area.

Shipping Charges: $49.99 and up

Scheduled Delivery Date: You will have their scheduled delivery done by a third party provider who will contact you within 7 days of your order to schedule your delivery date.

Drop-off: Remote deliveries are only delivered to the door.

How to prepare for your delivery

  1. Clear the delivery path of any obstacles*
  2. Unplug your old TV or appliance from the wall and disconnect it from other components*
  3. Ensure a person 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window

*Doesn't apply to remote deliveries because they are only delivered to the door.

Important: Remote Deliveries offer door drop-off service only.

TVs

Our delivery team will open the box and give you the opportunity to inspect your new TV. But they won't plug the unit into a power source and turn it on.

Please note: Delivery teams do not disconnect your old TV from wall mounts, put on existing stands or provide any installations.

Large Furniture

Our delivery team will deliver item(s) to your room of choice.

Please note: Inform us via the phone number in the confirmation email if your front door is at the top of more than 2 flights of stairs from the street level and there is no accessible elevator. Additional charges may apply.

Large furniture can't be delivered to all postal codes. View the list of non-deliverable areas.

Mattresses

Our delivery team will unwrap your new unit and lay in place on the existing rails/frame.

Please note: Mattresses are manufactured to bend up to 30 degrees from flat— if you would like the delivery team to attempt a delivery exceeding this limit, they may ask you to sign a release in case the product or property is damaged.

Cardio Equipment Bundles

One delivery person will take the item as far as your doorstep/ apartment door in condo and will not uncrate or assemble cardio equipment.

Please note: Inform us via the phone number in the confirmation email if your front door is at the top of more than 2 flights of stairs from the street level and there is no accessible elevator. Additional charges may apply.

Appliances:

Dishwashers

Our delivery team offers drop-off service only and will not uncrate or connect built in dishwashers.

Need installation or recycling? Our appliance delivery specialists will call you post purchase and you can add installation or recycling at that time.

Freezers

Our delivery team will:

  • Move your old freezer to another room in your house or outside for disposal (unless it violates municipal regulations -- please check your local regulations)
  • Place the new product where requested and connect the power

Need recycling? Our appliance concierge agents will call you post purchase and you can add recycling at that time.

Gas Appliances

Our delivery team will place and level the product where requested.

Please note: Gas Appliances typically require special installation from a professional.

Over the range Microwaves &

Vent Hoods

Our delivery team offers drop-off service only and will not uncrate or connect microwaves or install vent hoods to power.

Ranges (electric)

Our delivery team will:

  • Move your old range to another room in your house or outside for disposal (unless it violates municipal regulations -- please check your local regulations)
  • Place and level the product where requested and connect to an existing electrical outlet

Refrigerators

Our delivery team will:

  • Move your old fridge to another room in your house or outside for disposal (unless it violates municipal regulations -- please check your local regulations)
  • Place and level your product where requested

Washer/Dryer (electric)

Our delivery team will:

  • Move your old washer and/or dryer to another room in your house or outside for disposal (unless it violates municipal regulations -- please check your local regulations)
  • Place and level the product where requested, connect the proper metal dryer venting kit and only install dryers on compatible pedestals
  • Connect to existing hot and cold waterlines and drain, only if new hoses are used
  • Remove the shipping bolts and give them to you

Large Furniture: Non-Deliverable Postal Codes

Unfortunately, large furniture items cannot be delivered to certain areas in Canada. If the first half of your postal code is in the following list, you cannot receive large furniture deliveries at your address:
