Order Online
Place an eligible item in your cart and click the Pick Up button.
Choose a Store
Click Select Store, enter your postal code and click Find Nearest Stores. Once you find the nearest store with the item in stock, click Select.
Finalize Order
Provide the information requested to complete the checkout process.
Pick Up Order
After you finalize your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then a second e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to bring your ID and purchasing credit card.

WHY should I pick up my order at a Best Buy store?

It's fast. During store hours, you can pick up your order within 3 business hours of placing it on BestBuy.ca.

It's convenient. Pick up your item based on your schedule, instead of waiting at home for a package to arrive.

You get the lowest price. If your product is available at a lower price in the store you selected at the time of pickup, your credit card will be charged to reflect the lowest available price.

WHEN can I pick up my order?

After you place your order, wait to receive the above mentioned Store Pickup Notification email. This email should arrive within 3 hours, during regular store hours. You can pick up your purchase anytime during store hours after the Store Pickup Notification email has been received and before 3 days have passed.

WHAT should I do when I get to the store?

  • Within 3 days* of receiving your 2 emails, please bring these items to the store:
    • Store Pickup Notification email
    • The purchasing credit card(your card will be charged at the time of pickup)
      NOTE: Only the person whose name is on the purchasing credit card can pick up the order at the store.
  • Check with the associate at the store entrance or the Customer Service desk for directions to the Product Pickup area.
  • Your item(s) will be ready at the Product Pickup area. For select items, the store will arrange for retrieval from inventory (this may take a few minutes).

*If you have not picked up your purchase within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. Your credit card will not be charged.
