WHY should I pick up my order at a Best Buy store?
It's fast. During store hours, you can pick up your order within 3 business hours of placing it on BestBuy.ca.
It's convenient. Pick up your item based on your schedule, instead of waiting at home for a package to arrive.
You get the lowest price. If your product is available at a lower price in the store you selected at the time of pickup, your credit card will be charged to reflect the lowest available price.
WHEN can I pick up my order?
After you place your order, wait to receive the above mentioned Store Pickup Notification email. This email should arrive within 3 hours, during regular store hours. You can pick up your purchase anytime during store hours after the Store Pickup Notification email has been received and before 3 days have passed.
WHAT should I do when I get to the store?
- Within 3 days* of receiving your 2 emails, please bring these items to the store:
- Store Pickup Notification email
- The purchasing credit card(your card will be charged at the time of pickup)
NOTE: Only the person whose name is on the purchasing credit card can pick up the order at the store.
- Check with the associate at the store entrance or the Customer Service desk for directions to the Product Pickup area.
- Your item(s) will be ready at the Product Pickup area. For select items, the store will arrange for retrieval from inventory (this may take a few minutes).
*If you have not picked up your purchase within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. Your credit card will not be charged.
