Looks like im keeping it

Looks like I'm keeping it for good i had an option to bring it back within the 14 days but nope I'm going to stay with it because it runs all games i need on ultra i have no problems with it. It changes all the colors i need it looks really cool. I love the alien logo power button to start the desktop. It's not really that big so it's able to fit on my desk with no problems. The computer is actually a bit loud i can hear some type of noises while gaming or when it's just on but i still love it. it's not really bad If your wearing a headset. You won't hear it at all so big deal. The alien ware software is already built in the desktop so everything is simple. First alien ware desktop and so far I'm GLAD with the purchase and who ever else decides to buy this just do it. NO REGRETS.

amazing desktop very cool looking

Just want to say this is a really nice looking desktop wow the alien is the power button and it lights up any color you want and shares the same design as the area 51 alienware desktop. I would say buy it it might not have the best specs but w.e it's upgradable and it looks amazing buy it for sure.

Works well

I hear the comment that some users may be able to build a unit cheaper, but not all of us are that talented nor have the time. Very satisfied with this unit. Runs quietly and well.

Dont Buy Dell

I bought a xr51 which had fan, liquid cooling and graphics cards issues so the tech had me send it back for replacement. They sent me a aurora r5 with the wrong specs. After a 8 month process of delays I got the new aurora r5 with the right specs. The liquid cooling broke within a month. They sent the tech again who replace the liquid cooling with another broken one and he broke my cd tray why putting the case top back on. That's the short version lol. Iv done my research and found alienware has around 30% recall rate.Guess I'v got unlucky twice. As of now I'm still fighting with them just trying to get working computer or my money back neither seem to be happening. Will be building my own computer next time!!!!!

Good so far.

No crashing, consistent quality Customization for game play is great (witcher III) Adobe is working so far. Size of tower isn't overbearing, the fan is quiet. Compared to the x51, is bigger but faster and a nice compromise down from area 51

Too expensive for an i7 and a GTX 970

Are you joking? I got this product for a birthday present last month, and so far it works fine. However, I would NOT recommend buying this product- you can build your own custom PC with the same parts for less than half the price. Alienware is ridiculous and nobody should be scammed into making a purchase a like. GTX 970, and only 8gb of ram for that much money is outrageous. Go and make a PC with the best specs on the market with 2k, and you'll still have money left over.

Friggin' Amazing

Had it for about a year now and it's showing no signs whatsoever of being worn down in any way. Obviously that's what is expected of everything but I can't find a single thing wrong with it.
