Placed my order on March 17th. Received the computer almost three weeks later. When computer came they did not install the operating system properly. Desktop kept boot looping back to main screen, Keyboard and mouse did not work with the computer they sent. Had to use mine to try and reinstall windows. After trouble shooting for days I could not get the computer to work. Asked for a return label. took weeks to get. Then shipped it back at the end of april and it Took till May 16th to get a refund of my money. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
best buy gives no help at all.
Such a scam
I bought one computer from best buy marketplace and I did not know that return condition is different , they mentioned on side that see sellers return policy, I could not see and I ordered item, and there was no product specification and i got 13th jan and returned on 16th to private seller because there was no spec i am looking for, they got on 19th and they processed refund on 25th, now they are saying that best buy's next step to process credit, after 2 weeks i returned product, i did not get refund so please never buy marketplace product from best buy, in fact best buy service sucks
Never buy Marketseller item,i would put "0" star if it was, I ordered one desktop tower on 4th Jan, I got it on 13th jan, when I bought there was no specification mentioned in best buy site and did not know that return policy is different than best buy even if you click on seller return policy nothing is there. so there was no HDMI port so I did not hook up or not opened wrap, just returned on 16th jan to seller and they got on 20th but till today I did not get refund, when I called they said we have too much back log to process refund. completely frustrated so I am advising NEVER BUY MARKET SELLER product from Best BUy, even Best Buy also take hands off from this
