Los Angeles Times 09-29-2016 "[B]ecause Hare's script grapples with serious themes and singular events whose ramifications are still being felt, it is effective when it counts."
The Atlantic 09-29-2016 "Its finest and most moving moments are when Lipstadt and Rampton go to Auschwitz on a research mission....A single animated flashback during the trial offers a jarring, visceral reminder of the atrocity Irving is trying to undermine."
The Guardian 01-29-2017 4 stars out of 5 -- "Rachel Weisz brings a barrelling energy to her performance as the academic who finds herself in the unaccustomed and decidedly uncomfortable position of having to let her legal team fight her battle for her."
