Fun and gorgeous

This game is stunning in motion, with some of the best lighting ever seen in a video game. The handling is a "simcade", so it stays fun while providing plenty of challenge. There were issues at launch, but after a few patches, everything is working well now. Since release, they've already released multiple new tracks, cars, a photo mode, and dynamic weather(!!) completely free, and they will be continuing to support the game for a long time. It had a rough start, but it has come a long way and is worth your time and money.

Great racing for great fun!!

If you played MotorStorm on PS3, you will feel right at home playing DriveClub!! just replace off-roading with beautiful roads, and impressive scenery! No, DriveClub is no Sim, that's why games like Gran Turismo are out there! But if you are looking for something not too serious, and that could actually be challenging at times, look no further! I would highly recommend to any fan of MotorStorm.

Disappointing to say the least.

Drive Club was the single most anticipated game for me on the PS4. It was the sole reason I even bought a PS4 at launch. Lo and behold, Drive Club didn't release until almost a year later. Strike 1. I am thoroughly disappointed in the game play, as it feels ridiculously arcade like, when it was originally show cased as closer to simulation than not. Strike 2. Visually, it is impressive, but the scaling and placement of the tach, map and overall HUD is terrible, unless one plays on a 40" screen or monitor. I am a driving enthusiast and really was hoping with the time spent and opportunity to develop the game, that it would be a driving game with immense replay value. Since launch date I have not even put the disc back into the PS4 after my initial 4 hours of play. Please keep in mind that this is my opinion; you may very well enjoy this game, but for me it is yet another let down in a string of next generation console games that have taken my money to simply act as coasters or throwing peripherals when I am bored. Final words: I advise not to buy this game, I honestly feel you will be disappointed; if not immediately, sooner rather than later.

Generic Racer

A horrible generic racing game. Forza 5, Forza Horizon 2, and GT5 are all musch better games.
