Picture quality excellent.

I use this projector on a 92 inch screen 16x9. My friends say and I say excellent picture WOW ! Sound from the two speakers on the projector is good, but best would be an external receiver with large speakers this what I use. From my experience the setup is easy. I would not hesitate in buying this projector.

Simply amazing

I have had this amazing system for a month now an it's so bright I am showing it still on my grey painted wall. I have a gallon of "Screen Paint" which is all you need for $50 still waiting to be used. I can't for the life of me buy another tv when this system is only [price] plus tax but can give you up to 300" yes 300" screen size with crystal clear quality. It's worth every dollar. Do not hesitate

Great first home theater choice

Bought this while reading up a lot of reviews on this item. I think it was a good purchase . Easy to install. I used the built in speaker, with pleasant surprise while completing my theater room. Great sound, while watching movies I forgot that I was listening to projector speakers. Read reviews complaining about fan noise...I thought it was not an issue. . Fan noise was ok in my +- 17ft x 20 ft room. I did find that the projector bulb generates alot of heat and warmed up my theater room considerable. I am looking into installing an extractor fan to remove the heat from the theater room. After a while I have to open the theater doors for cool air circulation. I had the room wired for hdmi cable. I had the choice of purchasing the wifi version for additional +-200 dollars. New tvs and amps have wireless/wifi. I always want the biggest or the best....this was a good purchase for me. I also found plenty of info on the internet related to suitable setup positions and distance. 1 small negative is that its an old model and newer versions are available.

Great projector

I bought this projector to replace my old knock off brand. Has an awesome picture, extremely easy to set up, adjust, and focus. Has a manual focus but works well. 3d is a good option however I don't use it often. Picture is very bright for the room size and ambient light I have however has nice white and black contract. Highly recommended however I haven't had it long to say the longevity of the projector. Time will tell (bought he extra warranty just in case)

new to projector

this is my first projector. I was torn between buying a projector or going with a 75" tv. I ended buying the Epson 3500. what a great purchase. the 3d is amazing. any hd source get a crisp , bright clear picture. I am upgrading from an older rear projection 60" hdtv. this blows the picture away even with some ambient light, at 100". there is nothing like watching sports on a 100" screen. oh and im just watching it on a light grey wall. once I get a screen I expect an even better pic. me and the wife watched avatar in 3d on this and let me tell you, it was fantastic.i highly recommend
