Piece of Crap

Just 6 months old and its dead. Just has stopped working, was told that likely won't be covered under warranty to fix because it appears something is blocking the vents but it's hasn't had the casement opened till now (I want the hard drive). Not worth fixing anyways, never have enjoyed using it. Cheap.

Incredibly Slow...

This has to be one of the slowest computers that I have ever seen. It is virtually guaranteed that no one will be happy with it's poor performance...a total waste of money.

Great

I've only had it for a day but everything works good so far..I bought in store before I saw the negative reviews online...so I got worried after I read them but I got it and I am happy so far :) Netflix works great and even FarmVille lol lots of updates but most new computers update at the start..have fun shopping everyone!

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!! THIS LAPTOP IS GARBAGE!!! SLOWER THAN MOLASES AND REQUIRES MICROSOFT ACCOUNTS FOR EVERYTHING AND RARELY WORKS TO LOG IN, I HAVE BARELY ANYTHING ON THIS LAPTOP TAKING UP ROOM (LESS THAN 1 500MB) AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD EVEN TO THE MAIN SCREEN FROM LOG IN!!! FIRST ONE I BOUGHT WAS ALREADY LOGGED INTO SOMEBODY ELSES ACCOUNT SO I HAD TO GO BACK AND THEY CLAIMED IT SHOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED AND GAVE ME A NEW ONE, THATS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I COULD HAVE ACCESSED PERSONAL INFORMATION! DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH IT!

Disappointed - Wasted my $$

I bought online on boxing day last month. The service was very quick however I regret purchasing this laptop. Positive: Its big, light and touchscreen, that's all you will get. Negative: Very slow. It takes forever to open more than one tab. Now the sound is gone. The volume is zero despite I went through several trouble shooting. It heats up like an old laptop after only 2 hours. This laptop is only one month old but it makes me feel like I have a 3 years old laptop. Best buy: Refused to exchange as I passed 14 days HP: I have contacted and waiting to see what happens I need a laptop for my studies!!!!!!!! Sale and cheaper laptop is coming me more now.

Very slow

My laptop review

Please let me known how you would like me to provide a review on a product that I have not received yet. It's been a month and I called the on line support team and a manager was suppose to call me. That was a week ago. Still no call...so as of nowhere since I don't haven't the products I'm goIng to rate the customer service as very poor. Is there anyone's who can help me get my laptop in wich I paid for almost a month ago.??????

Really disappointing!!!

The prospect of a new laptop with 8GB of RAM, a 1TB hard drive, and a DVD drive was too much for me to resist when my old Acer shut down, but this laptop has really let me down. My last laptop had 2GB of RAM, so I was expecting it to be faster...but it isn't noticeably faster at all. In fact in many ways, I feel like it's actually slower. The DVD drive and in fact the whole frame of the laptop seems to be frail, so damage is a major concern. The USB ports seem to drop connection with my external hard drives for no reason at all. Logging in to the computer required me to use a Microsoft login, which I found really uncomfortable given that I rarely use a Microsoft login at all. The fourth time I tried to login to the computer, it went on an hour long update of Windows 10. This seems ridiculous given the hour that just a couple of days earlier I spent trying to set up the computer. I think that's the final straw, and I'm probably going to be returning this computer. I don't believe I'm difficult to please at all, and really wanted to like this computer, but it really isn't meeting my needs in the slightest.
