Nice Tablet

I bought it month ago, I like it very much so far, touch screen works very well, battery life is long enough.

Great value if bought under $350+tax

Got it a couple of weeks ago on a big Best Buy sale. The product works well- it is quiet, fast and has a good battery life. I would have given it 5* if not for the awful Windows RT operating system. It is not intuitive, highly restrictive not only in the software choices but even in options (eg. mail app does not allow you to sign out!).

Great Design, Good Size. Sleek, but few apps

Got a great deal on this and am very happy with the hardware, specs, and design. My only complaint is the lack of apps for the OS and can't VPN into work (Contivity). Recommended though if used for browsing, music, games, and some common windows functions (mapping drives, etc.)

well make of utra book.

This is great deal for the price and so slim. The only problem is Microsoft needs a lots of work on the software. wish the Android is loaded.

Nice Surprise and versatile touchpad!

I recently purchased the Lenovo Yoga RT tablet and can't get over how useful this tablet is. I have the 64GB version and purchased an extra 32GB Memory which is used for storing my videos, pictures and music leaving the onboard memory free for apps that I download. I was fully aware before my purchase that this unit would not run "legacy" windows software, I have a desktop for that. What I was looking for was a nice tablet that would allow me to surf the web, read emails, use skype, netflix, facebook etc... It also comes with word/excel/powerpoint 2013 and after upgrading to windows 8.1 (no crashes by the way) I was pleasantly surprise that Outlook 2013 is included in the upgrade. Other benefits include the 2 - USB 2.0 full size ports and HDMI output. I used an external hard drive to populate the 32g memory in the RT unit. I think this unit will serve me well for the next couple of years before I look to upgrade to something else. The only gripe that I have is that my 3 year old Canon Imageclass MF4370DN wireless printer is not supported by the RT tablet (which lowered my rating by one notch). Other than that, this tablet is great!

Very limited possibilities

Nice laptop / tablet but very limited functionality: poor app selection, no browser alternatives, low sound volume, HDMI screens without audio.

Unbeatable Value for business Ultrabook/Touchscrn

The title of this review says it all. I recently picked up this unit from BestBuy. I was intrigued by the reviews online which really only had gripes with the price, and the occasional swipe at Windows 8 RT. What you get: Office (yes, a fully working copy for free) A tablet with an attached keyboard (fully functional I might add) A batter that will last you up to 13 hours (yup, I used it all day taking notes in word, and presenting a 1.5 ppt off it) A zippy internet and switch between the classic windows and Windows RT FLASH (I love apple, but I gots ta have my fantasy stat trackers going). Now here's some cool things if you do a lot of presentations. When you flip the keyboard back you now have a screen that's lengthwise and allows you to see more of your notes. Read into it, less scrolling. Oh yeah, don't forget about the HDMI hookup for your presentations, or the two USB ports. Also, don't forget RT 8.1 is coming in Oct 2013. I loaded the MLB app on the unit, as well as Twitter, Netflix and a few others. All work as advertised. A few other accents on this things. The Keyboard is easy to type on. It doesn't seem like its small than a fullsize, but I know it is. Typing mistakes are limited. The keyboard plate itself isn't a plastic, cheaply put together housing unit. It has a very subtly what I think to be rubbery material that makes it pleasant to touch, and to grip when you have it flipped behind the touch screen. A lot of thought went into this. It is also housed in a sturdy case, it does not feel flimsy. So there's been talk about how it seems akward that you touch the keys when you have the unit flipped back into tablet mode. It disables automatically, it's never been a problem for me. Get over it, you aren't going to hurt anything on this device. I have, and will continue to recommend this unit to any business professional who comes along. It is the perfect solution to guarantee you have the power to last as long as your twelve hour days, and so much productivity you will never go back to your laptop/desktop. Lenovo truly deserves an award for this unit, a little know masterpiece in the history of the ultrabook.
