Blown away by the sound quality and graphics

I bought this for travel to Europe so I could stream Netflix and check my email and it was on sale and I did not want to spend a lot. I am totally blown away by the quality of the sound and the graphics. Unbelievable value and so glad I bought it. Long battery life 8 hours as advertised. So far I am extremely happy Lenovo tablet fan.

Very pleased

Have been using it for a few weeks now, just for myself (no additional users). Love it! It does everything I need it to do and elegantly so. I have no issue with how long the battery lasts and how long it takes to charge up again. Even the lowest brightness level is bright enough for my eyes and I installed the Systweak Android Cleaner, which has a Battery Saver feature. I think it's a great tablet for home/personal use. (Now, some apps available via Google Play leave a lot to be desired, which makes it obvious that this is not a very mature landscape, but that has nothing to do with the tablet itself.)

Not bad for kid use

Bought the Lenovo (on sale) as the Samsung we got is only 8GB and can only handle 2 or 3 kids games at a time because of all the crappy preloaded stuff on it, even with the expandable memory (most games won't load to the SD card). So far my kid has loaded many games and it is working very well for him. Charges quickly, seems to hold the charge well for kids games. Happy with the purchase.

Trash.

This tablet does not work most of the time and it is very very slow when it bothers to work at all. I am wanting to return it however do not live near a store and can not print out a form for mail return so all I can do and say how disappointed I am in Best Buy these days. A couple years ago I bought a Toshiba laptop and it died and fell apart as soon as I bought it. Look at it wrong and it would malfunction. I called Toshiba about it and got the run around. Called Best Buy about it and was told to talk to Toshiba about it. Therefore am only going to say how annoyed I am with yet another piece of trash tech (which is all expensive these days) from Best Buy. The monitor I got from them can not sort out it's menus to save it's life. Gives me migraines. Tablets do too since they are so hard to read or use, if you are an adult.

Great first tablet!

It works very well - it's fast, has a lot of storage, it's light and the graphics are as good as any other device I have ever used. It takes good pictures and videos. I am very satisfied with it.

not bad for a budget tablet

I don't know too much about tablets but I was looking for one that could help me on the days I didn't want to lug my laptop around on campus. So far I've used it to read pdfs and e-books and it's really great, it has a reading mode that dims and hues the screen with warm tone. I found that even on its darkest setting the screen is still too bright for my liking, so a quick download from the app store and it's great now. It plays Netflix and YouTube really well, although, the screen isn't as sharp as my phone but it's hardly noticeable unless the screen is close to your face. However, you can view the screen from all angles, which is nice. The Dolby speakers are crisp and clear, better then my laptop speakers. I downloaded some games and they run great to, GTA Vice City runs smooth as well as Assassins Creeds Pirates. The tablet does run a little slow, when it gets bogged down with too may things being open. I've found that turning if off at night (instead of just on sleep) helps with fixing the issue. Booting up takes a good minute but I'm not sure if that just because I've enabled the password on boot. For a budget tablet it is not bad, it's what I excepted for the price point.

It's good for what you pay for

An 8" tablet for this price for android 6, it's a great deal... If you want something better, then of course you got to pay for it, like samsung, apple, microsoft If you want value, this lenovo is it. It's a bit slow because of the processor but it still gets the job done, whether web browsing, email, or playing lite games. You'll only use it for when you're on holiday or on the road or whereever convenient. If you're going to do heavy processing, then get a real desktop computer! Easy to get a case for it, there are some nice ones through amazon, cheap

Slow - wow is it slow

Owned Tab3 for 3 months now - as long as you have NO expectations then this is fine - screen is nice - wasn't sure about slimmer wide version but it is relatively nice. Standard apps come with tablet - haven't had any issue with bloatware on my tab. This thing is slow - I would guess that the 59.00 knock offs are faster - it runs what you need as long as you don't mind making a pot of tea waiting for app to launch - I waited too long to take it back so now I am stuck with it - I mostly use it for watching movies (mp4 files) so its ok - wouldn't want it for everyday use.

Good budget tablet

I bought this to replace my laptop while traveling. It's smaller, lighter and allows me to do some basic tasks such as email, web browsing and photo storage. I added a Micro-SD card to improve storage capacity. I probably would not recommend it as a business road warrior- type product. The speakers are much better than other tablets I've used. I figure I got what I paid for and so far, so good.

SO DISAPPOINTED!!

This tablet looks great on paper. Specs are all great and screen is nice. But it stutters, freezes and is molasses slow. There was an update and i hoped it would fix it, but it didn't do nothing!

Skip it. Not worth the money.

I bought this because I've always liked lenovo products. Desktops and laptops are great. But this tablet is horrible. The pcmag review notes crashes and lag on their review unit and I thought it was just a lemon they got but the same thing happened to me. Don't bother with multi users as its too underpowered for it. It's very laggy and seems like it's a knockoff. I'm very disappointed with it and I spent 100 extra for a Samsung tab e. The Samsung works excellent, I'm writing this review on it ..couldn't do it on the lenovo. You get what you pay for.. For very light usage it might work..I'm talking Web browsing only. It got a bit faster after using it for a while but still sluggish. If you have the budget go for the Samsung. I will say that the build on the lenovo is much better than the Samsung. The quality on the lenovo is great and it feels more premium.. but that's it. Such a shame .

SLOW

This is the slowest tab I've ever seen. I don't just mean games and apps this thing can't even run Marshmallow without lots of chop and stutter. Brought it right back to the store and you will too. The double stereo speakers on the front were great though. Too bad.

Unfortunately disappointed

I bought this over a Samsung tab4 and even the specs look good on paper this tablet is extremely laggy. It takes 4-5 seconds to open pages that are in the multitasking. Apps freeze, even browsing the net is slow. I wanted to return it but unfortunately my 7 year old ready go a scratch on it. I hate writing negative reviews but really didn't have a choice here....
