Great soundbar for the price

Setup was a little finicky considering I was hooking the soundbar up to an LG television. But after I got it setup I am very happy with the sound quality. I do wish there was an option to turn on the simulated surround sound without having to switch to the full blown cinema mode (I have this option on another sound bar I own) but overall I am happy with the features and quality for the price.

Amazing Cinematic Sound very easy to setup.

Great Sound Quality, Fantastic Bass. What was really great is that it connected to my LG TV very easily. Although it comes with it's own little remote for fine tuning of Bass,Treble, and Subwoofer as well as "Sound Effect" (Cinema, ASC, Standard) you wont need it to control the volume since it syncs with the LG TVs remote quick and easy. I did have to use LG's AV Sync to get the audio to match the visuals properly (-5 setting) while using an Optical Audio Cable. On some movies it does not seem to handle surround sound well (Dialog Very Quiet while Bass explodes and is very loud) but this all depends on what you're trying to watch. I was able to fix it by using the soundbar remote and turning on DRC (Dynamic Range Control) which I assume works a lot like PC Loudness Equlization, without sacrificing the surround sound effect as this is a 4.1 Soundbar. Turning DRC on fixed that issue right away and I was able to hear the dialog clearly and the bass was still booming and fantastic. I'm very happy with this product it really brings that cinematic sound experience to the home.

Good connectivity

Works well as TV soundbar, sound is clear and is way better than the TV speakers. I enjoy the connectivity using the Music Flow app and Spotify streaming service. Google Play works well. Music sounds good but it is not suitable for serious listening; sound image and detail is lacking. Also note that Music Flow is not available for Apple devices because of the ongoing issue between Spotify and Apple.

Good soundbar - buy the extended warranty

I have been using the soundbar for almost a month, and overall I find it to be really good sound. It definitely adds to your TV/ movie watching experience and your music will sounds amazing coming out of it. The bad part is I too experienced some loud "popping" noises coming out of the subwoofer. This has only happened one day over the past few weeks... So I would strongly recommend buying the extended warranty which covers you for something like 9 years. Considering that additional cost, the soundbar starts to get pretty expensive. One of the things that separates this soundbar from competitors is the built in wifi... This will be useful for you if you want to play Spotify directly from your phone to your speakers. This is great because then your music will still play no matter what you're doing on your phone and you do not have to be close to the soundbar (as apposed to Bluetooth). However, you could get this feature by playing spotify through GoogleChrome through your TV to your speaker.... So it's up to you if that feature is worth the extra money. Anyway, long story short it's a great sounding product but there are other competitors out there with similar sound but less features. If you do buy it, get the extended warranty. PS: The sound sounded off to me for the first few days as well. I adjusted the settings but I think it just needs to get broken in a bit.

Good Sound w/Major Problems

This sound bar is incompatible with Telus Optik TV and the 5GHz WIFI band in general. The wireless connection to the subwoofer completely disrupts the 5G band (which Optik TV uses), meaning the moment you turn on the speakers, your TV will go out.

Great Sounding Sound Bar with one Glitch

This is a 4.1 channel sound bar, so, you will experience amazing sound from this bar. However, there are reports of loud popping sound from the subwoofer off and on from some customers.

The Best

This is the best. Way better than the Samsung I replaced. A few extra minutes setting up the correct balances was well worth. The price paid produces the same sound of a way more expensive unit.

Super sound

Bought this based on reviews I found on the web. Sure didn't disappoint. Way better than my Polk and Samsung. Even friends can't believe the sound this puppy puts out. For me, worth the price.

Clear sound

Purchased this with my TV on a promotion and very pleased with this. Very clear sound and the subwoofer has some good thump to it. Only thing it doesn't have is 4K pass through for HDMI so i'm using the included optical audio cable.

Awesome sound

Upgraded from a Samsung sound bar and crystal clear sound. Its a lot bigger than my previous sound bar. Like the fact it has built in wifi and the sub has some good bass to it.

Poor subwoofer

Although I had not changed the default settings for the equalizer settings of the sound bar,(treble, mid and bass -all at O) I have been listening to all my content at a volume of 15 when paired with my LG tv. Every now and then, there would be a loud pop from the sub woofer during a movie... I am thinking it may blow if I turned up the volume to say 18 or more It is still under the manufacturer 's warranty of one year (luckily for me I bought the extended warranty through Bestbuy) So, hopefully mine here is just a fluke,otherwise I will be dealing with this issue for the next four years. I am giving it a one star as I haven't been able to test out a replacement yet.

Poor subwoofer

The equalizer for the sound bar was pre set at 0 across the treble, mid and bass...Even though I had not changed these, i watch all content on my LG tv with the volume at 15 when paired with the soundbar. Every now and then, the sub woofer would have a loud pop at different times during a movie (I am sure if the volume was turned up higher, the sub woofer may blow) Will address this with the store, as I had this door not even a month.
