Good game. Looks good and is simple to play. A nice addition to the Mario and Luigi games.

I'm a few hours in and it's been alot of fun so far. Really solid RPG battle mechanics and the dialogue is brilliant. A great deal of effort was put into making this game as well as translating it into both English and French for us here, and it shows. Also, the box very clearly states that basic reading ability is required to fully enjoy this game, so the fact that there is some reading involved should be no surprise. Actually, I think playing through a game like this can be a fun alternative for young kids to start reading outside of school. Anyway, great game!

Unhappy Customer

If you are buying this game for a child, you better make sure they are very good readers. Too much reading involved for a game for kids. Very unhappy with this purchase. I wish I could return it. Save your money.

A welcomed new dimension

The addition of the 3D makes the overworld exploration more enjoyable and less paper mario-like, as well as the new layer of depth when countering enemy attacks in 3D. The only gripe would be that the overall adventure feels more casual, whereas Bowser's Inside Story felt like a more epic adventure.

Good game. Just not as complex as the side scrollers. Not as good of grafix.
