nice

The d-pad on this is better than on the original 360 controller. I also like the recessed battery compartment on the back. As a whole, it is a great controller. But the lines on the top buttons don't sit flush with the body of the controller. Doesn't really affect anything. It just seems 'imperfect'. Comfortable as hell though.

Shipped fast - got what I needed

Missed the sale at the retail store, so ordered it online and got it within a week at the sale price. Stores were sold out, so I got it delivered to my door promptly and at the sale price!

Great Controller!

I have a PS4 and XBOX One and I definitely prefer my XB1 controller over my PS4 one. The controller is not as sturdy and isn't as well built as the PS4 controller however. The build feels a little cheaper, but is overall a much better controller.

Xbox One controller

The Xbox One controllers are comfortable and are the best controller on the market. After market controllers feel lop sided and the buttons don't always respond quickly.

GOOD CONTROLLER

I am satisfied with this controller. Basically the same as the 360 one. The D pad is more refined than on the 360. Comfortable fit in the hand when playing. I would recommend this product.

Needs AA?!?

Ordered on Boxing Day as these were finally for sale. Ended up getting it and found out it was AA?!? Past ones all came with play and charge cable and battery. Not sure if the reason it's AA was due to it being a Boxing Day sale item or if this is the standard for 2015. Annoying that there was no mention of this and now I need to go buy a play and charge which negates the the 'sale' price I payed.

Best gaming controller

I prefer the Xbox controller for gaming, comfort and reliability! Wish it never took battery and uses a charger instead. That's only the down fall

Great for Gaming

Bought it for playing fighting games on my PC, and it has yet to fail. The feel is fantastic and the dpad is quite a step up for the 360s'. I highly recommend it over the Dualshock 4 controller

Great

People complain about the fact that it's a step back and it's too similar to the 360... To that I say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" The 360 was an amazing console With a great remote. They basically took the same remote and adjusted it.

Awesome!

Great controller that doesn't fatigue your hand after several hours of play. Good grip on thumb stick. Fits good in hands.

nice controller

Seems sturdy, time will tell if the thumbsticks wear out like the 360 controllers.

XBox One Controller

In some ways this is a step back from the great Xbox 360 controller. It feels a bit more toy-like, the sticks are smaller with the wrong amount of throw, and the triggers are a bit loose (quality issue maybe?). The worse part in my opinion is the angle between the handles and the main body feels wrong,it is too angular. On the other hand it is mostly similar to its great predecessor. The improvements: its lighter without sacrificing the heft, the trigger feedback that is directional and most importantly the great new d-pad offset the above mentioned drawbacks. Overall another fine controller just not the improvement one would hope for especially with the vast improvement to the PS4 controller which now becomes the world's best.

Nice

Not a bad controller, don't see or feel like much of a change from the 360 controller.

Refinement of the previous best

The Xbox One controller is a refinement of the 360's controller, the previous generation's best. The many improvements are each minor, but add up to a big difference overall. In my opinion, and in my hands, this controller is better than its predecessor and slightly better than the great Dualshock 4.

Great

A little plain looking without the day one info on it. But does its job though, buttons look and feel great, controller fits your hand perfectly. A true masterpiece ....
