Not even

I have been through 2 already in less than a month. Both just stopped working. Best Buy won't even stand behind the product. I can only exchange it .OVER AND OVER AGAIN. or spend more money. Thanks a lot Best Buy.SMH

Two years on, still going strong

Bought mine two years ago (Dec. 2014), and am still using them on a daily basis. Battery life is down to about two hours per charge now (from about 4+ hours when first purchased). Still functioning well after two years using while working out & running in dry & wet conditions. Very good range (up to 30m+ in open rooms!), although that will drop quickly if any walls are in the way. Sound quality is decent, though not amazing, and yes, they do tend to work themselves out of your ears if exercising vigorously. If sitting quietly on the train/bus, it's not an issue. Overall, very pleased with the purchase given I'm still using them on a daily basis two years later.

Great BT hphones for the price

Picked up my first pair of BT hphones and wasnt sure what to expect. I have wired Bose and Beats right now and love the highs, mids and lows. Did my research and thought for [price] I will give these a try and to my surprise they sound as good as the Bose and Beats. Warning: you do have to play with them to get the right fit and the right sound. I spent time finding the right pod size and then had to adjust the stabilizers so it fit as deeply into the ear canal as possible. This offered a rich sound from the headphones and I was impressed. Not sure about battery life right now as this is the first pair of BT that I have owned. For this price I would buy again!

I don't like this product

they don't stay in my ears at all and the sound keeps cutting out on the right ear bud. I understand i can't return opened package so this is a total loss for me.

Bough it for my Bestfriend and she's lovin it

I bought this for my best friend and she's loving it. However, the only concern i have is that the earbud is still big for her, i just wish theres smaller than the smallest one they have.

READ FOR BASS

I purchased theses and was initially extremely disappointed with the sound quality...the bass was terrible.I had switched the "normal" ear tip for the small one as i found them more comfortable. I then remembered the sticker mentioning that right fitting the ear plug was critical for bass (Correct fit = best bass). I changed them back to the normal and pushed them harder in my ear : It made an unbelievable difference. I was just about to thrash them and i am not very happy with the sound quality, lots of bass and well defined sound overall.

Great sound, weak battery

I bought these headphones for my fitness workouts. They fit well and have excellent sound. I liked the design with the travel and charging case, which is both compact and gives me a backup charging.option. Like others, I have found that the power does not last nearly as long as I would have expected. In some cases, it did not last for an hour workout and in other cases it was fine for two hours. I am troubleshooting by charging it in different ways: through the charging case when it is plugged into power; directly via a mini usb; and topping up after each use by using the charge in the case. I really like the look and feel and am determined to find the best way to keep them ready for my next use.

Amazing sound

Despite what others say about the sound quality, if you follow the directions and try all the different ear pieces, the sound quality is amazing with loads of bass! I also get far more than 1 hour of battery life.

Falling out of ears

I bought these today and even the smallest size earbuds don't fit my ears properly. This wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that I bought these to run and they will definitely be falling out of my ears. Disappointed.

Plantronics Go2 with Charging case

Works and sound fine. Changing the earpeice to the largest one really brought out the bass. They sound fine to my ears. They are loud enough to block out external noise and the charge case keeps them going. The bass was solid on some Spotify's top songsin Canada like Big Sean "I don't f--k with You", Mark Ronson "Uptown Funk". Metallica "Ride the Lightening" sounded as it always has. How about some Waylon for the Albertans.... Luckenbach Texas mix was fine. So far so good the bass isn't overhyped. 20 minutes in the carrying pouch charge is great when I'm out on he mountain bike away from it all. [...]

Best In-Ear Headphones I've Tried

I recently received a pair of Yurbuds as a gift and was very disappointed with their performance. They kept falling out of my ears and continually cut in and out, even though my cellphone was in my pocket. Two weeks into using them I started hearing a crackling sound in one of the buds so I returned them and purchased these Platronics (for a fraction of the price) and was thoroughly impressed. I liked how the buds suctioned inside my ear and the sounds was amazing. I could even keep my cellphone in my gym bag and walk around the entire gym without any connection problems (upwards of 15 meters). The charging case it came with made we really appreciate my purchase because I could use the earbuds 3 trips to the gym without having to recharge them. I feel like the reason people do not like these earbuds is because the suction inside your ear but for me this is what made them so perfect. I knew the buds were not going to fall out and I did not have to worry about them. I highly recommend these earbuds and everyday I am so thankful that the Yurbuds broke because I would not have found such a great product.

Niche Product

While this products' tech aspects are great, the ergonomics and comfort are not designed for most ears in mind.

Try before buy

These are a disappointment. The charge has only been lasting me an hour and this is just listening to podcasts. Also the fit is not great and they fall out easily even with the stabilizers. The cord is too long and that means there is all sorts of extra length on the back of your neck to catch on to your clothes collars and pull the headphone out of your ears. The sound quality is good and they are very light. Ridiculous that Best Buy only allows you to return unopened headphones.

Garbage

Unless you are using these for phone calls only, they are a complete waste of money. Music sounds like garbage through these headphones. I took my first set back because I thought something was wrong with them, no way would anyone actually put out a product that sounds this bad, but they do.

mine are broken out of the box

The sound is decent when you get the right fit... I needed the large, and battery life drains quickly. My biggest problem is the left ear bud crackles and cuts in and out right out of the box. I will take them back but try for another pair if in stock. The features of them are a big selling point...so nice to answer calls on them.

Technology still in progress

I don't want to write a destructive review of this product that has mostly positive aspects, but I feel quite frustrated about spending money in something that we cannot try right away (online) and really see the aspects of comfort. I had to replace this product with another one that had better ear buds that don't fall off the ears, (and other shortcomings this product doesn't have) , but I'm keeping this product still in case a solution can be found. The extra case power is an excellent feature that allows you not to carry yet another charging cable around. The battery doesn't last as long... well, another device to add to the nightly device charging ritual.. Chord is not long enough so it keeps pulling by weight on the controls side and the headphones come out from the ears which can be very exasperating after a while... imagine during a workout.... The ear pieces and ergonomic design for holding in the ear still needs to be redesigned. The range of transmission also is great, I can leave my phone in the office and go to reception and still listen to the music. For operational use I have nothing to say, it operates iPhone and Siri very well. I found the music sound quality great, even if the phone sound quality is not as good as expected. OK, it's a technology still in progress... so one has to be a bit lenient about this...

Not worth it unless used for music only

Firstly, the charge lasts only for two hours maximum. This is not using it for phone calls. This is using it just for listening to music. The added weight because of the controls on the right ear bud means that the cord is always pulling over to the right side which means it's pulling out of your left ear. And don't believe that Best Buy has easy returns, you cannot return these. If you want to use them only for listening to music then they're ok.

Great vaule

They sound better then I thought they would, sound about the same as my ipod earphones without the dangling cords. The charging case is worth the extra money if you travel or will be away from a plug for a while

It is a good bluetooth, wireless ear buds

If you need a wireless, Bluetooth ear buds, this is the right one for you. It is very easy and fast to pair to your devices. Sound quality is very good. It is pretty good to fit in my ear and won't go out easily. To turn it on and off, you just push a button and listen to the voice direction. Also it takes phone calls, control your music, etc. Not too many small Bluetooth, wireless ear buds available on the market so far. It is good one. It will talk to you and let you know the battery level is high or low or need to be charged. I will recommend this product to anyone who is looking for it.

Meh... expected to be better at this price

Headset is well design in a way that you can leave them on your shoulder when not using it, they do not tangle and can be put in your pocket. They are light and seems to be small. In fact, the earbud is bigger than my original Samsung Galaxy S4 earphone. If you put the small adapter, it falls out and you dont have any bass. Medium is ok, doesnt fall but when working out, i have to sometime put them back in place. They can sometime feel uncomfortable since they are a bit huge. I was about to return them but you get used to them. Battery life isnt very good. Sound quality is very good. When im on the phone people even tell me that I sound like if i was on the handset. Would I recommand it ? Yes.
