As all that remains of his family, Wei Shen returns to Hong Kong's neon streets, determined to exact revenge upon the Triads for what their poison has stolen from him. Guided by Police Superintendent Pendrew, Wei goes undercover, infiltrating the Sun On Yee criminal organization and rapidly rising through its ranks.
