The Lowest Price Guarantee has been extended!
If you’ve purchased an item on or after November 2nd, you’ll be able to apply
for a price adjustment right up until January 6th instead of the regular 30-day limit.
Please note that to ensure a quality shopping experience for all holiday shoppers;
we will not process any price adjustments, exchanges or returns from December 24th to 27th.
Remember, the Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to Boxing Day sale prices.

Return Policy
We'll gladly give you a refund, exchange or price adjustment on your purchases made on or after November 2nd,
until January 6th 2013, however, this extended holiday return policy does not apply to cellular/wireless devices.
For any returns, exchanges or price adjustments, your original receipt is required. A store credit will be issued
for any gift receipt returns. You cannot apply to have a price adjusted to Boxing Day Sale prices or Limited Quantity
Boxing Week Flyer Prices (posted Dec. 24th - 27th online and Dec. 26th & 27th in-store, Dec. 27 & 28th in Atlantic stores).

To ensure quality service, returns, exchanges, and price adjustments will not be processed in-store on December 26th and 27th,
or online from December 24th to 27th.

Reserve and Pick Up
To ensure a quality shopping experience for all customers, Reserve and Pick Up
will be switched off from December 24th 2012 until 12:01 am January 4th 2013.
During this time, online ordering will be available as usual for all your
holiday shopping needs.

Scheduled Delivery
Due to increased holiday volume, items requiring Scheduled Delivery (e.g. major appliances, large TVs)
will not be delivered from December 24th to the 27th. Deliveries of these items will resume on December
28th. During this time, Scheduled Delivery orders can still be placed, but the deliveries will be placed
into a priority queue and delivered once the service resumes.
We’re working hard to get holiday Scheduled Delivery orders delivered by January 14th, 2013.
With the best deals of the year we’ve received a massive amount of orders and our delivery
trucks are filled to capacity on a first come, first serve basis. We’re shipping orders as fast
as we can, and we’ll let you know your delivery date in your Shipping Notice email. We appreciate
your patience and thank you for your understanding.
