The NEW AIR REFRIGERATION NPT-092-PI is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table engineered for busy commercial kitchens. This three-section unit spans 92" in width and offers a generous 24.15 cu. ft. interior capacity, accommodating up to 12 1/3 size GN (Gastronorm) pans for extensive ingredient storage. This pizza prep table combines functionality, durability, and efficiency, making it an essential tool for any serious pizza operation.

The NPT-092-PI features a side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, maintaining a precise temperature range of 0.5°C to 5°C. The digital control system ensures accurate management of internal conditions for optimal ingredient freshness.

The prep table is equipped with a spacious 92" x 20" x 3/4" thick cutting board, providing ample workspace for pizza assembly. Three self-closing solid doors with recessed handles and a 60° hold-open function offer easy access to stored items while maintaining energy efficiency.

Constructed with durability in mind, the NPT-092-PI boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior with an aluminum back, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. The sealed interior floors enhance hygiene and ease of maintenance. PVC-coated shelves provide flexible storage options.
