Accompagné de Daniel Beaumont à l’écriture des textes, d’une chorale et d’une belle brochette de musiciens invités dont certains ont aussi collaboré aux arrangements, Louis-Jean Cormier explore sur ce nouvel opus de nouvelles sonorités, parfois plus orchestrales, plus complexes dans les arrangements. L’album a été enregistré aux studios Wild, Planet et à l’Antre du MAL, puis masterisé par Le Lab Mastering.Simone Records release Louis-Jean Cormier’s second album vinyl, “Les grandes artères”. Recorded and mixed by Pierre Girard, “Les grandes artères” is the result of a precious teamwork of several months in studio with his musicians and friends Marc-André Larocque, Simon Pedneault, Adèle Trottier-Rivard, Guillaume Chartain, Alex McMahon. Written in collaboration with Daniel Beaumont, along with a choir and a bunch of talented guest musicians who also have participated to the arrangement, Louis-Jean Cormier on this new album explores new sounds, sometimes more orchestral, more complex in the arrangements. The album was recorded at Wild, Planet and L’Antre du MAL studios and mastered by Le Lab Mastering.
