    Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

    No returns for any category will be accepted 30 days following the delivery date. Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.     Miele CareCollection and Miele Care products(such as vacuum dust bags and accessories, dishwashing tablets, and other appliance care/use consumables) - Except in the cases of defects, opened products may not be returned or exchanged.

    Canceled Orders (Major Domestic Appliances only): Provided Miele has not commenced shipping the applicable product, you may cancel any order and you will receive a full refund. Once the product has shipped, you may cancel any undelivered product provided that such cancellation is subject to a 5% cancellation fee (exclusive of applicable taxes).
