We offer scheduled appointments to conveniently fit your busy schedule. Or, for even faster service, leave your car with us. We’ll install your equipment at the earliest schedule opening and contact you when the work is complete.
Workmanship Warranty for Lifetime of Car
If, for any reason, your mobile audio, video, vehicle security or cellular phone fails due to our installation workmanship, we will repair your system at no charge as long as you own your car. This includes equipment installed by Geek Squad Autotechs, but purchased elsewhere.
Product Satisfaction Guarantee
If during the first 30 days after your purchase, you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can choose to exchange it for another comparable model. We’ll credit your original installation fees toward any new installation fees.
Free Installation of Factory Audio Equipment
Have us install an audio system from Best Buy and we will reinstall your vehicle’s original factory radio and speakers (up to two pairs) at no charge when your lease is up or you sell your vehicle.* We also provide this service to you if we installed a Best Buy unit and it requires repair during the warranty period.
*Provided a wire harness adapter was used and no modifications were made to the car’s dashboard or factory speaker locations.
