DEPARTMENT ROLES:

Our first-rate workforce — our greatest asset — is sourced by Recruitment and talented HR Generalists. This team is responsible for attracting, selecting and developing new associates, and for helping to instill in all employees a commitment to having fun while being the best.

Members of our Payroll team have that most important (and appreciated) of responsibilities — the responsibility of ensuring that each of our associates is paid accurately and on time. In addition, they dot the i's and cross the t's on legislative and internal policies and work with associates on developmental goals.

Every employee likes a bit of an incentive from time to time. It's the responsibility of our Rewards team to see that they get it. Rewards team members create and manage bonus plans, stock option programs and other incentives in order to help keep our employees fulfilled and productive.
