It's said that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. For members of Best Buy Canada's Loss Prevention Team, the health of the company is what requires protecting — something the team accomplishes through innovative loss prevention and risk management programs.

DEPARTMENT ROLES:

Loss Prevention Team members are responsible for creating and implementing health and safety, loss prevention and risk management programs in order to minimize losses to Best Buy Canada's operations and assets. The goal is to design programs that meet or exceed respective legislative requirements and that effectively address the challenges of our many workplaces.

Team members may also be responsible for investigations, inventory control shrink, insurance and disaster recovery strategies.
