One of the largest departments at Best Buy Canada's headquarters, the Customer Solutions Group determines all the products that you see in our stores. If you love technology and have a passion for retail, then this might be the place for you!

DEPARTMENT ROLES:

The Merchandise Manager is responsible for planning and strategy across an entire category, making decisions relating to products, pricing, inventory and promotions.

The Merchandise Analyst delivers vital research and analysis, while having a direct hand in advertising, store communications, vendor relations and more.

The Assistant Merchandise Manager supports the Merchandise Manager to ensure the right selection is available to customers and is actively involved in communicating category directives to Marketing and Retail Operations.

The Senior Inventory Analyst/Inventory Analyst/Assistant Inventory Analyst manages our inventory assets, ensuring that products are available when and where our customers want them.

The Systems & Reporting analysts and coordinators spearhead the design and continued innovation of our merchandising and inventory systems. They're our systems experts.

Pricing Services and Pricing Strategy team members ensure that prices and promotions are accurate and effective at maximizing Best Buy's profitability and sales.

Space may be infinite for some, but not for our Space Management team. They're the ones responsible for managing and optimizing the space inside each of our stores.

Once a system has been designed, it's the responsibility of the CSG Operations and Capabilities teams make sure it runs smoothly. Team members build, test, standardize and teach each new system.
