Unlike other retailers that charge big shipping fees on large items, we’ll ship certain large items for free! (remote addresses may still incur delivery fees and your delivery address must qualify for free shipping according to our free shipping policy.)

You’ll know which items qualify because you’ll see “Free large item delivery” beside the price on the product detail page. Please note that large items can’t be delivered to all postal codes. View the list of non-deliverable areas below.

Where is the product carried to?

Product will be brought into the room of choice within your home.*

Please clear a path prior to delivery.

Driver will take the item as far as the doorstep. If it’s a condo, the driver will deliver to the apartment door within the building.*

Delivery is to the curbside outside the home address.

What type of goods does this apply to?

Larger furniture items such as bedroom suites, sectionals, sofas, and living room sets.

Large flat-pack furniture such as office workstations and massage chairs. Also applies to rec room games & fitness equipment (e.g. treadmills).

Only used for goods whose final destination is outside the home (garage or shed). E.g. Patio furniture, BBQs, scooters, etc.

 Important Notes

  • If you need to reschedule a delivery or return an item, please refer to the instructions within the carrier’s email. All reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original delivery date.
  • †If your address is considered remote (lies outside the local delivery route) your delivery will be restricted to Threshold or Curbside depending on the item and delivery fees may apply.
  • Recycling of your old item(s) is not included with delivery

* If your front door is located up more than 2 flights of stairs from street level and there is no elevator, please call the telephone number within the confirmation email to inform the delivery personnel. Additional charges may apply.
**Light assembly includes: Pre-assembled items will be placed in your room of choice, packaging will be removed, headboard and footboards will be attached to bed frames (light assembly will not be provided for bunk beds, poster beds, storage beds, and fitness equipment)

Unfortunately, large items cannot be delivered to certain areas in Canada. If the first half of your postal code (FSA) is in the following list, you cannot receive large item deliveries at your address:
