Two units. Warped platters. Motor noise. Ground loop issues. Antiskate does not work. Pre-amp is garbage and is a gimmick. Kills the sound and dulls it down. Save your money and buy a real turntable. Something for your kid to trash crappy records on sure but if your not willing to take this thing apart and fix all its down falls (how you fix a warped platter and motor noise is beyond me) then save your money and buy a real record player. Really sad because it has the potential to be great but it's China made junk! Sorry to burst all your bubbles! Ps. I bought all sorts of stuff too like a cork mat, extra head shell and cartridges etc. and it was a Christmas gift from my wife. Took a lot to send it back twice but it's just not worth all the rave reviews it's getting. People just don't know better or just don't care.

Quality unusual for the times!

Simply put this unit is well designed and the quality that is rarely seen these days. I was delightfully surprised when I opened up the box and more surprised when I began to use this machine. If you get a chance buy it in the US (50% cheaper plus the currency exchange difference)--if not suck it up this machine is worth the money.

Great for Beginners

Bought this to listen to music, good build quality and everything works great. Would recommend it to beginners to vinyl who wanna listen to music at a higher fidelity but don't want to break the bank.

Good sound no auto return

This turntables looks and sounds good .Like the red strobe light and cuing light. Platter has slight wobble and no auto return. Even my 25 year old realistic turntable did not have a wobble in platter. Rca connectors very short and they are attached permanently to turntable .

AT LP120USB Turntable

Overall, good quality and value. Assembly was fairly easy. I found the arm balancing and anti-skate adjustment a bit challenging. Could give the product a higher rating if price was a bit more aligned to US price. Hard to understand a 100% differential.

Great turntable but could be better

I was really surprised that such a professional and expensive product did't have an auto-return option which would make life much easier.

Great turntable

Dug out my old vinyl and purchased this turntable as I needed the pre-amp function to use with my newer receivers. The turntable is easy to operate and sounds great. The only feature I wish it had was auto-return once the album is finished playing. Other than that, I love the turntable - well worth the purchase price.

A wonderful audio unit

I was frankly surprised that this high quality unit was available outside of a boutique store. the price was very competitive, and the delivery amazingly fast. the unit is very heavy, much more so than several previous turntables, which was a surprise. the result of all the weight is great stability and resistance to vibrations in the house. the sound quality is very good, and notably better than expected. again, the weight helps with constancy in the rotation rate. operationally, there are quite a few good thoughts, including a cover that stays put while placing records, and nice guide lighting that helps in low-light conditions. pitch control is helpful, too. this is a unit that should last decades, and that looks like it will be very kind to my record collection.

Great Turntable!

I'm impressed with the build quality and sound. It comes with a built in amp which is a bonus. For the price I don't think you can go wrong.

Best Bang for Your Buck

I consider myself an audiophile and this turntable is what you could call an entry level pro-table for the best money. I myself retuned it because of the wobble with the platter. It wasn’t much of one but I wasn’t totally satisfied. Yes, I will wait for another one with a rain-cheque. I liked all the goodies packed into this one and is manufactured off the classic Technics 1200. I just wish the AT quality control was a little stiffer, otherwise this is a very good piece of equipment. The stylus is even good quality considering Thorens includes the very same one on their models, so if you don’t want junk but don’t to blow too much money on a TT, this is the most logical choice.

Great TT.. Looks and sounds amazing.

I had an SL 1200 MK II.. Sold it years ago and missed it like crazy so I wanted to try this one out., WOW! It's like "Déjà vu" at a fraction of the cost of a used 1200... Let's see the durability but! So far so good. If it is half as durable as my SL I will be thrilled.

Fantastic turntable, with tons of features

I received this as a gift, and it does everything I'd like from a turntable and more. The set up instructions are very detailed, and it's got a built in amp so you only need line in, not a phono jack to use it. Plus, it has USB for recording records.
