So much potential...

At first glance they are very cool but you quickly realize that their bluetooth connectivity is very poor and the touch sensitive controls are unresponsive. I bought them for swimming, primarily, and found they would fall out of my ears within 5 mins of doing laps. Really very disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone and they are certainly not worth the price.

actually expected better for the price

I think they are good ear buds, they fit good (after you put the proper size of plugs on them). They have a decent charge playing time. I like the case and the fact that they charge in their case and the case holds a couple charges. The cons are: they are difficult to get positioned properly in the charger. the range is not that great. I have a pair of Logitech Bluetooth headphones and I can go anywhere in the house and even out back and they still pick up my laptop. these ear buds start loosing the signal quickly after leaving my laptop. they don't keep the signal if I wonder too far from my Note 5 also. For the price I paid, I expected better.

Great idea, terrible product.

Unfortunately, the biggest failure of the dash is the bluetooth connectivity. If you read other reviews of the product, you'll find this is the common theme. I would rate the bluetooth connectivity in this product as dismal. The limited transmission of the bluetooth signal through water means that any obstruction with a high water content (i.e your arm, torso, etc...), causes an interruption of the signal, and results in breaks in the call or music you're listening to. Unless there is an unobstructed path from your phone/computer to the earbuds, the sound transmission is fragmented. This is severe enough that having the phone in your right/left pant pocket, or even a shirt pocket on the left, makes trying to listen to a call or music a very, very frustrating experience. I really can't stress how important this downfall is. The Dash just does not perform well. I really had high hopes for this product and wanted them to be everything they were set out to be, but this wasn't the case. I can't recommend this product based on this fundamental failure. There are enough moderately positive reviews out there that might convince you (as they did me) that it might be worth buying, but there are an overwhelming number of negative reviews, primarily revolving around the bluetooth connectivity. $[price] is a lot of money for a pair of wireless earbuds and the hope that there might be updates that marginally improve the performance in the future. This isn't a conspiracy against Bragi, it's because there is a legitimate limitation of the technology in the product, and no firmware update will get past that.
