Makes me feel like there is no trust.

my dad just said to me that he is buying two of these, one for his house and one for my moms. honestly i have had my own computer for almost a year, i work on my computer and my computer is honestly like my escape, i don't have very many friends and my computer is one way that i can communicate with people. it honestly makes trust and relationships worse. i'm 13 and i need my privacy, i don't wanna have my mom and my dad looking at everything that i watch and confronting me about it, its embarrassing and annoying...

Easy to install and easy to use

This is easy to use and added the controls I wanted on the devices connected to my network. It's great that there is no subscription for the in home version, there is a additional fee if you want to manage the device when it's off your network. The only thing to note is that it is not compatible with the Bell Home Hub 3000. I actually returned it as I don't want to get another router just to use this. But with almost any other router, I would gladly use this.

Doesn't work

I've been fussing with this machine for a few months and there's nothing I can do to get it to work like they say it should. It was a total waste of money.

Had some difficulty but now it works great!

I ordered this and set it up when I realized that my modem was incompatible so make sure you check beforehand! I ended up calling my service provider and downgrading to an older modem model just because having the ability to monitor and limit my son's internet use was more important than having the most advanced hardware. I installed it again on the new (old) modem and it worked really well, but then went away for a weekend and when I got back my internet wasn't working. Not sure if the Circle or the modem was the issue, but I rebooted both and reset the Circle and set it up one last time, since then it's been wonderful. Every night at 830 my son tells me his internet isn't working anymore lol... Really recommend this product but make sure your modem is compatible!

A must!

If you have kids and internet then you need circle. Honestly this is a lifesaver! My preteens hated it at first but at week three they were almost weened off the internet not because they were out of time but they finally were able to enjoy other activities without worrying about collecting items on the online games on time. The online games are made to get you hooked on and with the wake up and bedtime options it helps a lot to remove the worry to make it in time. They just dropped the game! More playing in the yard is always a win!

Circle lets me be the Mom again!

We absolutely love this device! Circle has returned to us, as parents, the ability to decide what is available to our family on the internet. We can pause each device if necessary so that there is appropiate amounts of internet time. We can also set bed times and wake times for each device. We can see what our family members are viewing, so as to have the insight we need as parents to teach our kids to use the internet wisely. We use it as a teaching tool... Not to punish. Our kids hated it for a day, but now embrace it, as they now see the value in the protection it offers. We like that we can set a profile for each device, but also, for each device that enters our home and asks to use our wifi. I am very happy with the Circle. there are new features added all the time.

Excellent product for family to properly manage the Internet

I am a computer engineer that understands this technology well. I have tried probably a dozen different solutions including openDNS (free and paid versions), NetNanny, K9, Norton family and others and circle is the best solution for a home that has multiple devices including phones, tablets and computers. It is easy to setup, intuitive interface on iOS, very fast (my Internet link is 150Mbps and no slowdown), really great reporting, blocks sites that none of the other products block. It has great time management options. The one thing that is sub-standard compared to other products is good reporting. Norton family and K9 for example have much better reporting per category and drill down whereas circle does it per site. I have spoken to their support and they are revamping this area in the near future. I haven't tried their mobile Circle Go which is a separate product for those that have roaming data plans.
