Great Game, Sad when it ended

Kids love the game. The graphics are great and the battle scenes are impressive. Wished the game could have gone on longer. The kids were sad when it ended because they wanted to do more with the characters together as a group with more side quests so they're playing it all over again.

Excellent game, however...

Final Fantasy XV is one of the best games out there made for the PS4 right now, but it isn't quite what fans of the series expected. A ton of content was cut and some of the story feels rushed at times, and you don't get to know some of the characters as well as you would have liked. It seems like the developers of the game at Square wanted to tell a great story but couldn't really execute it properly. Don't get me wrong though, this game is pretty fun to play with tons of different mechanics, and the way that battle system breaks off from the traditional turn-based system found in previous FF games in a pretty cool way. Also, the graphics look amazing. The game is pretty user-friendly. If you were new to the series, this could be a good place to start. Just give it a try and see if it floats your boat!

The longer I play it, the more I love it, was a little hesitant at first, but couldn't put the controller down, glad I didn't

Just amazing

Of course. One of the greatest final fantasy games I've ever played. Makes you laugh, angry and almost cry. All of the 4 main characters have unique personalities. And the ending is heart wrenching. Maybe you will shed your man tears.

Great Game

Love this game! Great graphics and gameplay. Lots of things to do throughout the game with all the side quests! Great way to pass the time.

Unfinished, rushed, and redundant.

This is by far the worst Final Fantasy game in the series. It is evident that the game is unfinished. Plot: You never get introduced to characters in an interesting way, or get any back story about them (even if you've seen Kingsglaive and Brotherhood you're going to be confused and disappointed). Open World: Everything is AUTOMATED, even when you manually drive your car, you can just hold down a single button. Making meals and sleeping (just pulls you through a cut scene you have to see over and over). There is also NOTHING in the open world. It's incredibly empty. Graphics: Beautiful.. but meaningless, because the game play is terrible. Battle System: 80% of the time you can just hold R1+Circle and win. Also, the enemies are incredibly redundant, offering minimal variety and nostalgia. Magic hurts the entire party, and is extremely clumsy (You can also only get Fire/Ice/Lightning, and if you know your FFs then you know that really sucks). Boss battles: Final Fantasy 15 had bosses? Must have missed that part... Music intensity changes but other than that don't expect much. Questing: Story quests are rushed (Save chapter 13 which is about 3 hours of not being able to sprint). Side quests are horribly redundant and underwhelming. Prepare to go fetch vegetables for a cook over...and over..and over again.
