Complete Garbage

Its simple when it wants to work. Otherwise it constantly freezes, and you cant reset it unless you unplug the adapter from it, which happens quite alot. Also, whenever i turn the thing on, i keep needing to put the wifi password in every single time. Which is a waste of time.

Amazing Product!

I bought this unit from BB about two years ago (BP 330, then). It sat in the TV credenza, uninstalled for two years, until the need arose to play some Bluray discs. When I installed it, I was amazed at its quality picture and capabilities! It even had a Netflix app. Built in wifi (2.4 ghz only) that easily connects with my router. And I can use my computer as a servier for my vast collection of movies and pictures. And it self installed firmware updates once connected to the internet. I happened to have purchased a plasma 55 " LG TV a few years ago, so the remotes are compatable. I am still discovering features of this unit. I gather from the documentation that it can connect with my Western Digital Hub. I was looking to purchase a second unit, to replace my WD, which is comparatively slow and old, and I see that it has been updated with even more features. This was, and is, definitely a good buy!

No too impressed

Bought this because I was told you could access internet. No, you cannot...only youtube. Wanted it so my husband could use it while recouping from surgery. Will keep it, but not happy I was lied to. Works well for watching movies.

LG Blu-ray player

This product worked really well. My husband was thrilled to receive it as a gift. Worth every penny! I'm unable to give it a star rating but, I'd give it 5 out of 5.

So far so good. I'm satisfied with the product. It has an hdmi output.

Private sound mode does not work

I tried using with two iphone models, ipad mini, and an android samsung tablet. The option to choose a device is always greyed out. Tried updating, rebooting, contacting LG, nothing works. Was the only reason I bought it, taking it back.

Don't be fooled by the low price

I have to preface this by saying that we went through two Blu ray players -- one a Phillips, and one a Samsung -- both more expensive than this one, and both were terrible devices. They froze frequently (often without recovering and necessitating disconnecting the power to reset the device), and one of the devices had all sorts of playback problems on Netflix. Flash forward to purchasing the LG. It just works! Easy and quick to setup, no playback problems, no freezing.

Worked well for first 2 years.

I bought this unit 2 years ago and it has been a great tool for us especially because its what we use to stream Netflix but in the last couple weeks it seems to be losing its ability to pick up the WiFi and it has now stopped picking up altogether. All the other devices in our house are still picking up the signal so I'm positive its just this unit. I would likely still buy again though as its ease of use is great for us!

Blend of best technology

I bought this WiFi Blu Ray Disk Drive (BP 350) today, 25th March 2016, from Best Buy (Bay-Dundas, Toronto). It is indeed a prize possession in terms of various functions, features, and built-in WiFi. The quality of picture and audio is amazing. With such advance features, I think it is worth paying on higher side. This is my third product bought of LG brand and I have never been disappointed so far. Thanks to LG to bring out such great piece of electronic and technological device!

Amazing Basic Multimedia Player.

Player plays all that my DVD did and more, at this price point I felt it should have a Front Digital Display for Time and Disc Runtime such as 10:31 PM - 53:45/1:45:16. That and some reviewers mention of USB and Streaming not working 100% are all that keeps this from a 5 out of 5. I have not yet tried the USB or Streaming will Update when I do.

Work Great

This unit has done everything as promised. The only thing I dislike is that it will not safely eject a USB drive so you have to reset it on your computer after every use. It does warn you not have anything you want to keep on a USB drive in the unit. We use it mainly for our personal videos with kids and grandkids. It reads all our formats including AVCHD.

Fast, Smart Technology

The only feature that's missing is a timecode on the physical Blu-ray, itself.

who knew?!

my first wifi dvd player. i had to return the it because of software issues. i buy on line and return was done with an rma and returned through the post office. BB customer service was exemplary . I purchased another one and it has had no problems. The apps on the unit include National Film Board and utube as well as Netflix, my primary reason for buying a wifi dvd player. I have blu ray players but none had wifi before this one. i am a fan of lg products and this unit is attached to my 32 inch lg tv [not smart!]. also LG support were great when they helped me understand the set up.

First one skipped on audio

This is a nice small sleek unit. All I wanted was Blu Ray and wifi, and those are the features at an attractive price. The first one had an issue out of the box where the audio would skip every hour for about 15 seconds. I exchanged it for a new one. It was very simple and friendly service at Best Buy. I was impressed. Hopefully this one does not also skip audio. If it does I will get a Sony, but LG is a good brand and it should work properly,
