garbage headset

These headsets are complete garbage. We used them at our office and constantly have issues with the headsets desynching from the dongle, audio is very poor, and have had 3 die completely in under 6 months.

Easy to Use - excellent compatibility

I have had these headphones for over a year now. I have it sync with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 via bluetooth and when I am at work, I switch to the wifi receiver. If there is a downfall for me I would say it's the volume. I am a music fan and constantly listen to music so wish the volume was a little higher but it is still satisfactory over all.

Absolute Garbage

Got these as a gift for Christmas. Didn't even last a year. First, they don't officially support Windows 10, so they work so-so at best on a modern PC and very poorly with Skype. The included dongle has horrible range. If I put it at the back of my PC, the sound cuts in and out horribly. Have to use one of my front-facing ports so the dongle is less than 5 feet from my head. Oh, and did I mention that they completely gave up on life in just over 7 months of very light usage? (less than 2-3 hrs/week) Just decided to stop playing audio altogether. Worst product I've ever seen come out of Logitech.

Fair but Battery and distortion

Bought it 2 month ago and it was better than my BT headset ( Plantronics Legend 3 yrs old) for office use. No body complained from the MIC quality any more which is good but I am hearing distortion very often and I end up connecting the charging cable anyways because the battery life is too short.

Great product

I have been using it for over a year now with no issues. Great quality.

Not officially supported in Windows 10. It may work, but you may also get horrible static. Unplugging and reinstalling the dongle may help (did on my Windows 10 machine), but don't expect any help from Logitech support. Also, the mute/unmute button doesn't work when connected via Bluetooth. Ultimately, there are newer/better products out there that will probably work better.

Windows 10 and iPhone 6

Have had these headphones for a couple years. Worked great with Windows Vista XP and now with my upgraded system. Works great with Windows 10 with the nano receiver - just leave it plugged into my HP Spectre 360 2in1 and my iPhone 6 with Bluetooth. Just switch from one to the other when needed. Sound is good. Battery life good. Overall very satisfied and will by another for my husbands new iPad Pro. Highly recommend.

No Windows 10 Support

These headphones were released in 2013 and according to Logitech are not supported by Windows 8 or 10. Audio is distorted and crackles in and out. Don't buy if you're using a new-ish computer.

Easy setup and seems to work great

Had no issues setting this up at all, worked on a plug n play basis with both the USB dongle and the Bluetooth setup. This should be my headset of choice for my desktop, smartphone and laptop for years to come. One other feature no one else has mentioned: I also like the fact the battery is removable for easy replacement down the road when needed. The USB stores in the same compartment for easy travel.

Excellent Device

I'm very pleased with these headphones, the wireless distance is very acceptable, the sound is clear both when using the mic and through the headphones. The adjustable fit on the headset stays put so there is no need for constant adjusting.

Failed to charge after 8 months

The headset stopped charging today. I think I will have to contact Logitech support for repair or replacement.

Overall Poor Build Quality

Pins in the hinges of the folding headphones easily come out and have to be hit back in on a regular basis so they aren't lost. Bluetooth connectivity didn't work with my windows 7 so I had to use the wireless dongle. Stopped charging properly after a few months, any slight cord motion in the socket stops charging and the battery life started to make the headset become useless because of it.

Logitech Wireless Headset (H800)

Good headset overall. I've had the H800 for about 2 months now and have had no issues. Slightly overpriced at full price but I have seen it quite often go on special. The micro USB adapter is a breeze to connect with and because of it's size it perfect for use on a laptop as opposed to a lot of other wireless headphones using a full USB key-sized adapter. Battery life is quite good. Sound is ok but definitively not for audiophiles. I use these on my laptop and find using the laptop sound controls much easier to use than the ones on the headphones.

I have been using these for over 6 months now without any issues... The USB Wireless adapter has a fantastic range - it reaches all around my house allowing me to use the washroom while on a conference call. There are complaints with the blue tooth, but this is all down to range. Remember people that bluetooth is short range of like 5 meters only by design - it stops people listening in / hacking your devices by deliberately reducing its range. Blue tooth works fine within close range (same room). I dont expect it to work nor would want blue tooth to work outside of my airspace for security. Seriously people! The battery can easily last a day for conference calls - no issues there. The battery is reduced if you are playing your tunes all day at full volume - but you can use a pair of wired head phones for that ;) I use my pair every day for a quick 30/60 minute call and only need to charge the unit every week or so - which is fantastic. The audio quality from music is great also :) Highly recommended.

not as good sound quality as my last model.

This is my second pair of Logitech headphones. My first pair was the A-00006 and I loved them. I bought the H800 because the USB doodle got chewed by the dog and I was unable to replace it. Logitech said that replacement parts are no longer available. I find the sound quality poor but, other than that they work fine. I don't have any issues with the range and the Bluetooth works well. When it comes to listening to music tho' I prefer using my "HeadRush 3319742's"

Poor microphone and bluetooth

I agree with a previous review that Bluetooth sound quality is very bad with this headset. In addition, the microphone volume is very low meaning people will have difficulty hearing you on calls! It doesn't matter if you use Bluetooth or the USB dongle, you will need to shout to be heard. This is a well known issue if you search for it on the web. Will be returning this product for a refund.

Great for general use and skype calls

I found this head set to be fantastic! The sound quality is very impressive for wireless. The range is also great, allowing you to wonder around while on a conference call. I have not yet used the blue tooth option - the nano usb adapter is more then adequate. Very impressed!

Great for computer use and bluetooth

I've used this headset for connecting to my computer via the USB connector and the bluetooth connection with my smartphone - works well and I've been told I'm very clear. This is much more comfortable for back to back conference calls than an in ear blue tooth headset.

Poor sound quality over Bluetooth

This headset can only use the worst quality (like the old streaming internet radio) if you want to use the microphone at the same time as the headphones over bluetooth. Good quality is only available with the usb dongle. So why pay for bluetooth? If you want to use the good audio quality without the microphone it is okay. But the problem is it is not easy to switch back and forth. For example I used these with Skype and then with music. I have to manually change the settings every time... Also they want to fall off the front of your head..... Hard to keep in place. Cool place to store the dongle though. Basically these would be cool after some improvements in Bluetooth. They are currently a little half baked. Buy wired headphones and be happy (-:
