There is definitely a design problem with these headphones. The first pair stopped working properly within the first 3 days. The replacement pair I was sent, which took over one month to arrive, stopped working properly within 1 week. I don't like being sold a defective product. They must know it is defective, but they keep pushing them out the door. If the return rate of an item is this high (read the reviews) then the manufacturer knows there is a problem. Monster continues to sell them to Best Buy, and Best Buy continues to sell them to consumers. Disappointed in both Monster and Best Buy.

Had Jabra wireless headphones for 3 years and battery failed. I have had a couple of sets of wireless headphones and these are hands down the worst. The battery/controls are too heavy and the headphone constantly falls out of my ear when I am jogging.
I asked about it when I was at the store and the sales clerk told me they have heard nothing but good things. I made the mistake of trusting the clerk and didn't do any extra homework.
I wish I could give 0 stars, for the product and also for the employee who told me it was a good product.
I will be trying to return them tonight. Fortunately I kept the receipt and the packaging.
I had it for a few months. Nowadays,after an hour of listening, it stops. I tried connecting it again, it wouldn't connect. Restarting the PC worked. Through the listening, the device would keep saying 'device connected' interrupting the songs.
I am shopping for a better one.
These headphones are crap. The battery won't hold a charge just 45 days after I bought them and Monster makes you jump through hurdles to do a warranty claim, not worth the hassle. I will never make the mistake of buying a Monster product again and recommend you don't either!
I wouldn't recommend the ear buds because they stopped working just a couple weeks after I bought them. The sound was muted and wouldn't get louder even with the volume at full blast. Now when I try to return them it is this terrible mailing process with apathetic customer service reps. Really disappointed in a company I used to support!
Have had it for only 2 weeks and let's just say it sounded good while it lasted. First I could never get it to stay in my ear. Battery side is too heavy so it just keeps dropping out. Them it suddenly just disconnected and then would not restart. Now it will not recharge. Will certainly think twice about buying Monster in the future.
I've had these earphones for two months. At first they were great but they have developed a glitch. They keep disconnecting from my iPhone - 2 beeps then the music stops and I hear "device connected". Looking for my receipt so I can return them.
I don't get why these have such a low rating. I got these in January and they still work great! I've used them pretty much everyday since for workouts. The sound is great (trust me), they've never fallen out and the battery life is superb! Even phone calls sound nice and crisp. And the noise cancelling is awesome.
I recommend these to everyone, they take the workout the extra level
I went through two pairs in two months of these and both defected. One due to the headphones stopped charging, the other that it wouldn't connect to any phone.
One star because they pair easily with iphone.
sound is much poorer than standard iphone wired earbuds.
I work out at least 5 days a week and I am always listening to music - mainly rock, metal. I used to use wired ear buds and accepted that they work only last a few months before the cable broke. I took a change on buying these wireless earbuds. Best decision. Easy setup, great sound and the charge lasts. They are much less then Beats or Skull Candy but I think just as good. I found that initially I was adjusting the ear buds but that was more a habit with my old ones. These barely move, fit great and excellent sound and bass. Highly recommended!
I REALLY liked them when I first started using them. They synced easily were super easy to use with good sound. However exactly a month later (of medium to low use) they started glitching. At first I thought it was my phone but it wasn't. The songs kept switching, volume kept getting turned all the way down and i wasn't even touching them! The battery life also depleted VERY quickly - 2 hours.
Its as though the buttons got stuck to certain positions even though they were not being touched.
I wasn't going to write a review, but when I saw the review above mine, I decided I needed to. I used it exactly two times, and the second time half way through my run, I heard static, and it shut off. It was fully charged. I was always under the impression Monster was a good product. Now I'm sceptical. Stay away!!!!
I've had these headphones for a few weeks and they've been great! They are very effective at cancelling noise, and the sound is pretty good for the price. So far, I'm also very impressed with the charge-life!
These are much better value than the JayBird wireless headphones that I had previously.
First two days were great, they worked amazingly. Then, out of the blue, while in ear, and fully charged, they decided static was what I was going to listen to.
Broke down, audio wouldn't work anymore, pretty ridiculous. I'm about to try and get a refund, but if I don't, ouhhh, I swear to God, bestbuy....
2 stars cause at least they're technically earphones that connect via Bluetooth and play noises 👍
