What they forget to mention is that when you setup the system you will need to buy a Number for EVERY USER in the system. So if you have 20 Staff with a phone, in Canada that would cost you 20x 25 Dollars for a neat 500 Bucks per month. Even if you only need 2 or 3 actual incoming lines and you never make more then a couple a minutes of calls per day.... 500 Buckaroos. We have 45 Staff and when asked, they told me 1125 Bucks per month. Nothing we can do about it. NOT WORTH IT. Even Telus is cheaper then that

Great system, great service and the price is right.

Reading some reviews, I was unsure of buying this system, but since they have a 30 day return policy and it is a no contract service, I thought I would give it a try. Once I got the system in the mail, it took me a matter of 5-10 minutes to setup. They sold me a yealink ip phone with it, which also is working great. If there were issues with the system, I can tell you that I haven't experienced any. I always recommend Ooma Office to my friends who have businesses. Do your research.

VoiP in general is not as reliable as land line but Ooma service in every way is sub par. Their business model and posture of customer service is crappy. STAY AWAY. I usually do not put reviews up so me taking time to write this means a lot.

Ooma business

Stay away. OOma mixes business with residential services on it servers so the phones go down all of the time (6 times in the last two months). When you need them, the phones don't work. A bad solution for a busines.

Easy to use. Makes me look good!

Ooma Office is a life changer for my business. It connects into my internet router and instantly I have a business telephone system with extensions and really slick features. Plus, it uses inexpensive regular phones and the phones are all connected wirelessly - so there are no wires to run! Easy setup with a cloud application on my computer. I LOVE the virtual receptionist! It makes me look and sound like a big business and also weeds out robo-calls. I have all my voicemail forwarded to my email. Same with my incoming faxes. It is so awesome that I can get all of my voicemail and faxes on my mobile phone instantly no matter where I am. It has unlimited calling in Canada and to the US included for a really LOW rate! The international rates are low. There is also a conference bridge, but I don't need it for my business.
