Avoid at all costs

Bought one of these controllers. After less than 10 gameplay hours, the controller constantly loses connection with the system for a few seconds at a time. Extremely irritating and often can make you fail in game. As others have mentioned, controller feels small, plastic, junk, you can't use it to turn on the system and it requires 2 AA batteries. Bought it because I didn't want to invest in a replacement controller for an old system but it wasn't worth the savings.

Eye Candy Only

Bought this today instore; am returning tomorrow! No vibration, needs batteries, has an awkward elasticy feel to the sticks and and lacks "grip" for thumb (slippery plastic). Worst part is, every time I want to power on the system, I have to get up and do it on the system; controller won't turn it on! (Problematic for me as I'm disabled and have chronic pain.) Much better off paying the extra for a real, up-to-date wireless controller. (And actually had "help" from a clueless salesperson who didn't point out any of these problems to me! Even agreed that I could use my old charging cord with it - completely useless!! Would've been better off saving the gas - and that of the return trip - by buying Sony controller online!)

First of all, you have to hold the home button down until it syncs to get it to turn on. My issue is that we bought 2 less than a month ago and one completely quit. It won't sync anymore. Just a heads up, these use 2 AA batteries. Lame

I bought two of these controllers off the Best Buy website and neither of them would even turn on. Fortunately I was able to return them for a refund. Don't waste your time.
