Not impressed

Two months worked great and after started connecting- disconnecting. Few weeks later microphone stop working. Lost receipt. Called manufacturer and they did nothing. Buy cheap so no regret if it doesn't work

This is a great little unit . Been using it now for two weeks 8-10 hours a day with no problems. I hope it keeps up.

constantly disconnected

have tried a number of different headsets, and have yet to find one that I'm satisfied with. Thought this one might be it, as it wasn't too uncomfortable to wear and the sound was pretty good. Until I tried it in the car. Won't stay connected in the car and cuts out in the middle of conversations. After having this happen a number of times while talking to clients when driving it's now just taking up space on my desk at home. Very dissapointing

This is hands down the best BT headset

I have have tried a lot of diff BT headsets and this is the best one I have ever owned. I lost one and went out and bought the same thing again. I wonder if the quality issues people have are phone related and not this device. I have an iPhone 6. You can set it up to announce the caller and ask you if you want to answer or reject.

Finally found something works!

Been using Jawbone icon for years, battery is dying. Looking for a replacement. This is definitely better than icon, people from the other end told me. Sound quality is very good, voice is clear and loud, noise cancellation works, too. Tried Sennheiser Presence, very low volume. Aslo it must be a design flaw, even smallest earpiece won't fit, and there's no way to secure it - it just hanging out. Also tried M500, voice quality is so-so, people would think I'm using hands-free speaker.

Not happy

Great sound when it would stay connected to my iPhone. Constantly disconnects once it nears 5 hours talk time left and only has 6 hours in the first place. Finally had to buy another headset and spent less money for better quality

Pretty good, but I wish it had some features

I've had several Blue Ant units (some lost, some broken), and thought I'd try something different after my current one became unreliable. I wear my earpiece all day, and am on calls 2-8 hours a day. What I like about this one is the audio quality is good. The on-stem mute button is very handy, and also serves as a pause button when I'm listening to music/podcasts (but it's not very reliable for this). Battery life is good (6 hours typical) and the little base charger thing is very convenient for topping it up quickly. I use just the soft plastic thing in my ear - it took me a week or two to figure out how to get it stable in my ear, but now it's easy for me to insert and it stays comfortable and in place all day (8-10 hours). What I don't like is the voice commands are limited. I can initiate redial, but can't voice dial from my directory (I could do this with my BlueAnt Q3). It isn't great in the wind, and the remote party gets a lot of noise. The "wearing" sensor that detects if it's in my ear isn't super reliable, so I disabled it. Also, when I wear the unit in my car, my BT-enabled car stereo usually disrupts the connection to my phone, and I have to switch to the stereo. This never happened with my BlueAnt units (same stereo). In summary, not a bad unit, but I'm still looking for Headset Nirvana.

I don't know if I got a Bad earpiece or not, but this is my first Bluetooth earpiece I've ever owned, so I wanted to get a really good one, I have never heard such poor quality sound and bad connection, The unit sounded like a cordless phone that was too far away from the base even when it was 1 foot away from my phone, it was unbearable. I couldn't tell you what the audio quality was like because I could barely understand anything overtop of the fuzz and snow, I'll be returning the unit tomorrow and going back to wearing a hardwired headset I'm very sad, I had great hopes for this unit

Wife loves it

Purchased this for my wife and she loves it. She did switch to the over-the-ear attachment as she still felt as though it would come out if she turns her head too quickly. As someone on the receiving end of the phone call, my end is clear and no background noise while she is driving.

Best headset i have owned

This head set is the best Bluetooth headset that i have ever owned. Its quality on both the sender and receivers end is amazing. The adapters that it comes with makes it so it can work for any size or shape ear. I highly recommend this to any user who is on their phone as much as i am.

Awesome bluetooth headset

This is one great Bluetooth headset. It is expensive but it is worth extra money. This headset is lite and comfortable to wear Phone reception is excellent with three microphones. Battery life is good and this Bluetooth headset can easily be recharged with included cradle. Pairing is easy and effortless with my Blackberry phone.
