Good but not great

Bit disappointed at the lack of first player campaign like in other Rainbow Sixes - the only offline gameplay is in the form of like training exercises they call simulations, which aren't bad but get boring after playing 3 or 4. Online play seems pretty solid though with decent framerates and graphics on the XB1, and this is coming from a PC player. Current price of the game is well worth it but I wouldn't have paid its launch price for what you get, that's for sure.

Intense, Original Gameplay, with some bugs.

Rainbow Six: Siege is an original, intense online 5 vs 5 strategic shooter. By far some of the most intense online play I have experienced in years. The basic premise is one team must infiltrate a building being held by the other team. Both have different weapons and gadgets to aid in their objective. Combined with destructible environments, communication with teammates is key to success. Thus far, I have only 2 complaints with the game. The lack of a single player campaign was slightly disappointing, but the quality of the multiplayer makes up for it. My main concern is there are some serious online connectivity issues with their servers. While the game is still young, I am hopeful these issues will be resolved with a patch in the near future.

Best game I have bought. I would recommend this game to all call of duty players and close quarters first person shooter players. High intensity and great action. Severs some times lag but hats is going to be fixed in the next update plus more operators.

No Single Player Campaign

Unlike it's predecessors, there is no single player campaign. This is entirely an online based shooter. The only single player action is in the form of training moduals. The graphics are good and gameplay is ok, but there are better shooters on the market, that include a campaign mode that are the same price of less.

Great Multiplayer

The game requires cooperation, understanding the strengths & weakness of each operator, and a make sure you have a mic. If you can't talk to your team, there's no point. This game does one thing and one thing well - team vs. There's no campaign, and the single player options are basically a tutorial to several of the operators and the different mission types. So only buy this if you're looking for multiplayer. It's great if you can convince 4 of your friends to buy it at the same time.
