The absolute best for the price

Incredibly flat and detailed- exactly what anyone needs if they're mixing/producing music. Hardly fatiguing and results in an accurate mix. Definitely great in a medium or large sized room. If you're in a smaller room, I would suggest the HS7 with potentially a sub (HS8S). I would also suggest an audio interface as well to get the most out of them, as on-board audio with the average computer isn't exactly studio quality. Keep in mind these aren't the best if you're just looking for something to just listen to music to. They're not the most pleasing to listen to but they're not supposed to be. They're supposed to provide an accurate picture of a mix.
