How do I get free shipping on my order?
We offer fast, free shipping on orders over $35 (before taxes, fees and promo codes). Some exceptions apply—see our full free shipping policy for details.
What’s your Low Price Guarantee?
If you find a lower price with a retailer or authorized dealer online, in-store, or in print, we’ll gladly match it. For purchases after November 1st, we’ll give you a price adjustment on your purchases until Jan. 9th, 2020 OR between 14-30 days* from purchase date, whichever is longer. How does Reserve and Pick Up work?

For items purchased after November 1st 2019, we’ll gladly give you a refund or exchange on your purchases until Jan. 9th, 2020 OR 14-30 days* from purchase date, whichever is longer.
-The extended holiday return policy does not apply to cellular/wireless devices or purchases from Best Buy Marketplace.
-A store credit will be issued for any gift receipt returns.
-To ensure quality service, returns and exchanges won't be processed on Nov. 29, 2019, and Dec. 26, 2019. Stores in Sault St Marie (Ontario), and all stores in Quebec and Atlantic provinces won't be able to process returns and exchanges on Dec. 27, 2019. Some conditions apply.

When you say “Black Friday Price”, how do I know the price won’t actually be lower on Black Friday?
Products indicated as “Black Friday Early Release”, "Black Friday Prices Now", "Black Friday Price", or “Black Friday Price Guarantee” will be priced at the same price on Black Friday.
If Best Buy lowers the price on Black Friday, we will refund the difference in price. See BestBuy.ca/LPG for details on claiming a price adjustment.
How do I make sure my gifts arrive in time for the holidays?
Reserve Online and Pick Up In-Store
Before you order, check the estimated delivery date on each product information page. We’re doing our best to make our delivery date estimates as accurate as possible, however sometimes service disruptions may affect the accuracy. To find out where your order is, please track it on the shipping carrier's website for the latest information.
How do I cancel my holiday order?
Because we’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, there’s a limited window to cancel your order. On our desktop site, check your order status for a cancel link and if it’s not there, your order is already being processed by our team and we’re unable to cancel it.
Do your stores have extended holiday hours?
Yes! Starting November 28, our stores will be open longer for the holiday season so you have more time to shop. Find a Store
Can I buy Best Buy Gift Cards online?
Does your shipping packaging have Best Buy branding?
We ship most orders in a standard brown box, but some items may be shipped in their original container, or have the name of the product stamped on the box. If you need to keep your holiday order a secret, reserve online and pick up in-store to cover your tracks!
Why can I only reserve some products?
We carry thousands of products you can reserve online and pick up in-store, but this service is only available on products we carry in store. We don't offer Reserve and Pick Up for Marketplace products, large appliances, or products only sold online.
