We’re extending our return policy to ensure everyone loves their Best Buy gifts.
For items purchased after November 1st 2019, we’ll gladly give you a refund or exchange on your purchases until Jan. 9th, 2020 OR 14-30 days* from purchase date, whichever is longer.
-The extended holiday return policy does not apply to cellular/wireless devices or purchases from Best Buy Marketplace.
-A store credit will be issued for any gift receipt returns.
-To ensure quality service, returns and exchanges won't be processed on Nov. 29, 2019, and Dec. 26, 2019. Stores in Sault St Marie (Ontario), and all stores in Quebec and Atlantic provinces won't be able to process returns and exchanges on Dec. 27, 2019. Some conditions apply.

Will your stores have extended holiday hours?
Yes! Starting November 28, our stores will be open longer so you have more time to shop. Find store hours, directions and more using our store locator.
Do you sell Best Buy Gift Cards?
Yes, you can buy gift cards online or in-store. Online, eGift Cards can be delivered instantly via email, or you can choose a pre-loaded physical card. All of our gift cards are redeemable in-store and online, and never expire.
Can I cancel my online order?
Because we’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, there’s a limited window to cancel your order. To see if you can cancel, find your order. On the order details page, look for a Cancel Order button. If the button isn’t there, your order is already being processed by our team and we’re unable to cancel it.
How do I make sure my gifts arrive in time for the holidays?
Reserve Online and Pick Up In-Store
Before you order, check the estimated delivery date on each product information page. We do our best to ensure our delivery date estimates are as accurate as possible, however sometimes service disruptions may affect the accuracy. Once your order is shipped, you can track it on the shipping carrier’s website for the latest information.
Does your shipping packaging have Best Buy branding?
We ship most orders in a standard brown box, but some items may be shipped in their original container, or have the name of the product stamped on the box. If you need to keep your holiday order a secret, reserve online and pick up in-store to cover your tracks!
