    I own a similar washer and dryer from Samsung and they have been nothing but a headache since I bought them. They are less than 3 years old and the bleach reservoir is rusted on washer and the dryer has failed several times. Once for because the heating element failed and most recently because thermal fuse failed. The washer has never wash clothes properly. If you want your washer to wash and your dryer to dry - do not buy these appliances!

    Washing machine was received damaged by a forklift during loading which was not a big deal as it can be returned. I called one day and told it was not a problem and to send the pictures to an email that did not work. The next day however, when we called to have it returned I was told that we would have to buy a second washing machine unit then they would reimburse us once the damaged unit was received back to Best Buy. Since I live in a "remote location" this may take a week or more for the pick up. I was told this is because I paid with PayPal and I should have paid with credit card if I did not want to have to purchase the second unit to have the damaged one replaced. However, nowhere in the terms does it state this information. In fact the site states: Returns and Exchanges work the same for orders purchased via PayPal as they do for other payment methods. If you've paid for a purchase through PayPal and later return the product, the funds will be refunded to your PayPal account. You can then transfer funds from PayPal to your bank account with no additional fees, or keep the funds in your PayPal account. View our full policy on Returns and Exchanges for more information on the process. And no where does it mention this in the Returns and Exchanges either. When I asked to talk to someone else I was told that a manager or supervisor would tell me the same thing so there was no point. The only thing I could do was repay or they would just send someone to pick it up. I will definitely never order from Best Buy again.
