    I love the comfort of this mouse but I'm on my third one and they all eventually get issues. The first two just started right clicking all the time even though I'm not clicking on anything and there's just no way to be able to work while it's right clicking all of the time. Now my current one has started an issue where when I left click it's like I'm double clicking so rather than selecting the email it opens the email in a new window. I still had an old one so I tried that but it still had the right click issue but wouldn't open emails on one click. It's getting really frustrating to have to continually replace my mouse.

    I'm on second one. The first one just stopped working one day and my IT person said I had a defective USB receiver. Also, on both mice, the bottom snags for a while on the mouse pad until you wear it down a bit. I'm on my second mouse, which I've only had for a couple of months. It stops working each day and sometimes doesn't work at all. My computer will say that the USB is not recognized. It's really annoying to not have a reliable product that I've spent a lot of money on. Also, I think they should update this product and create a different scrolling mechanism with a ball or something. The one it comes with is not very accurate when it comes to navigating. The curser starts flying!

    Purchased a few yrs ago and USB receiver broke within one year. Early USB design and it was bulky and not sturdy quality. I had some life issues and did not follow up on warranty replacement for a long time. Finally spoke to customer service to let them know how effective the mouse was with my pain and provided the details about the receiver and 3M sent another USB replacement for free. Even though the original receiver was sub-par the replacement seems a bit more durable, the actual mouse was great and combined with the great customer service it still makes this product a value.
