      I hesitated to buy this machine because of the number of stars it had... But while reading the reviews, I realized it was because people had bad customer service, not because of the machine. So I bought it anyway. And it was worth it! I reserved it online and went in store to pay it. No need to talk to anybody about it. I did my own researches to read all I could about its performances and specs and I was pretty confident about my choice. I needed a second laptop for blogging, surfing the web and listening to music. I didn't need a big expensive machine for that. It's my first time with a Chromebook and so far, I'm really impressed! Chrome OS is fast, easy and user friendly. It took something like 4 clics to configure it and, bam! It was open and operational. I also bought a wireless mouse and all I had to do was plug it in and that's it. No configuration needed. The quality of the screen and the sound are perfect for me. The machine is beautiful and light. The touchscreen works perfectly as well! Seriously, I have nothing to complain about and recommand it without any hesitation! Don't be fooled by the bad reviews, they aren't about the machine anyway!

      Hello, I am currently writing this review to share my poor experience that I received from Best Buy in purchasing this computer. I am currently a engineering student and my computer broke a few days before placing my order leaving me going to the library to get most of my school work done, I had a few best buy gift cards laying around and upon some good reviews decided on buying this computer. I had placed my order and shipping said it would be here relatively quick. I checked tracking the day after my computer was supposed to arrive and noticed it had never left the facility. After calling the shipping provider they told me to contact Best Buy as they had never received the package, which brings us to my first interaction with Best Buy customer service. The first representative I had was very apologetic on what had happened and told me the steps to take to resolve my problem. Which was wait 10 business days after the estimated arrival date and call back to escalate the problem in which it would take 7-10 business days after that to resolve. Brings us to my second call which was made to escalate the issue of my computer being lost that was an indicated step from my first call. My third call was placed on the 10th business day after my call of escalating my issue, when on the phone the customer service individual told me that I could not do anything at the moment due to they may be able to resolve my problem before the end of the day and that was procedure, which I understood they have a process although was becoming annoying having to continuously follow up with their customer service team to receive the computer I had purchased from them. At this point I had received a follow up email rating and my experience with my order which I filled out explaining how my order had not been completed and I was starting to become frustrated with having to continuously follow up with customer service to try to resolve this. Once I called back the next day which brings us to my fourth call I was told to open a case to resolve my problem and that after a case is opened my issue would become resolved within 48-72 hours which was deemed the normal time to resolve these issues. I waiting more than 72 hours then called them for the fifth time to follow up as nobody had reached out to me on what was happening with my order and at this point it was becoming frustrating continuously going to the school library to get all my work done when I had already “purchased” a computer. After every phone call Best Buy will call you back asking you to give a survey of their service, I did the survey giving all 0 out of 10 reviews wondering if anyone would get back to me at this point so I could stop having to follow up with them to try to receive my computer. When on my phone call the customer service individual told me all that could be done is to wait and that there was nothing that could be done or anybody I could talk to about resolving this in the customer service team as it should only take a few more days. I had waited a few more days and called for the sixth time to try to follow up on what was happening and once again got told the same thing as to wait as it is not their team looking into anything and were unable to resolve anything. At this point I had received an email indicating that I had been issued a refund as a resolution and was giving a number to call with many “options” available. Upon calling that number (seventh call) it was shown that my options were to look online and find a new computer to buy or simply re order the computer for the same price. Since I paid with gift cards and after completing my order had thrown all of those cards in the garbage I was told it would take 3-5 business days to receive replacements and there was no way that the refund could be re issued to simply re order the same computer. I was told after receiving replacement gift cards I would have to call back to place my order if I wished to receive
