Acer Nitro 50 Gaming PC (Intel Core i5-11400F/1TB SSD/12GB RAM/GTX 1650)

Highly recommend Saw someone post that this PC couldn't run Valheim, had to comment because that is completely not true. I ran that game on max setting with this PC and it ran completely fine. The game sucks tho fair warning. Runs Warzone , World of Warcraft, Halo MCC, Call of duty, Black ops, Cyberpunk, basically anything out there. Definitely want to upgrade to nicer peripherals, but all around excellent PC. Have had mine for almost a yea now and I game heavily on it, has given me 0 issues thus far.

I recently bought this computer and the first I did was download minecraft. And I managed to get an average of 800-1000+ fps by using optifine and LunarClient, I tried valorant and I ran on a solid 300fps with medium settings. And on fortnite a solid 100-400 fps with high and low settings. And if your a robloxian gamer then it runs on a great 100-500 fps using low and high graphics! Great computer really reccomend. The price is average but it’s worth the purchase!

By far this is one of my best purchases I've made at BestBuy, it can run any steam game on max graphics with no to little chop. I would highly reccomend buying this if you want to play games at high fps, and are on a budget to find the perfect computer that can run anything to little-to no lag. Works perfectly for me and runs on any game, the keyboard and mouse also worked amazingly, and the fans are great. I could leave it on overnight and my tempurature wouldn't change whatsoever.

No computer in 2022 should be labeled as a gaming PC with a major component running the PC released back in 2009. The PC runs on a Toshiba DT01ACA100 which is an HDD. Not only is this part over a decade old, but we have moved on to using SSDs which are MUCH faster. If you are having major issues with startup and load times with this PC, the HDD is the issue. I fixed it by replacing this decade old piece with an SSD from Amazon and restart time went from 5-8 mins to 30 seconds flat. Overall the PC build is quite dysfunctional. Unless you are willing to replace a couple parts when you first buy it, this is not the PC for you.

Okay, so I should have looked more closely at a couple of things. I have access to a Rift S and I wanted to be able to enjoy vr… this has a large ssd and claims of being vr ready… but the Rift S has a DisplayPort connector and this computer only has one hdmi slot and a dvi slot so an adapter is needed. I’ve ordered one so we will see what happens. Looks sleek and all, but why so limited on ports for a gaming pc? And considering the options out there for vr, why not make your “vr ready” pc actually vr ready?? That said, apparently Rift S is dead (just found that out after all the above) so I don’t know about anything any more. Computer upgraded to Windows 11 which Oculus doesn’t support (not Acer’s fault!!!). I have bad luck all around. My whole reality is being challenged. The rest is good, however. This is the quietest computer I’ve ever owned, has lots of kick and is a great deal especially if you can get it on sale. Looking forward to playing games when my kids allow it!
