Aladdin (SteelBook) (4K Ultra HD) (Blu-ray Combo) (2019) - Only at Best Buy

Seems like the Disney dent is back on these. Bottom left where the iTunes logo is on the jcard you will see a slight dent. I ordered a few so I can guarantee a mint copy and I was wrong. Out of 8 all had dents,spine slashes or scratches. This was the best copy I had. Now to call for a discount on this as I can’t swap in store. Fix these issues before you ship them to the consumer. It’s a bestbuy Canada thing as US doesn’t have this.

Another steelbook with a spine slash; I really wish Best Buy Canada would address the issue of spine slashes,"Clamp" mark aka the Disney Dent and problems with closing the steelbook caused by broken clamps. I find it disturbing that Best Buy Canada won't address the issues,which is really a shame. But your in store staff will happily comment that you make too many return on damaged goods and you may not be allowed to return items anymore.

This should be not sold out before not being available by now.
