Our kids kept taking my wife's AirPods that I got for her, so I decided to get them their own. Best Buy had these on sale, so I got them. The good thing about these is that they just work with your Apple devices. The only thing I'm afraid of is to find out what happens when my kids lose their AirPods... But so far, I've received no complaints about battery life, connectivity, and sound quality. Best of all, my wife gets her AirPods back, and the kids still get to listen to their stuff. Hats off to Apple for making a product that just works, and to Best Buy for coming through with its occasional sales and in-store availability and support.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Improved Over 1st Gen- June 22, 2019
Everyone is posting that there isn’t a difference between these and the 1st gen. This is misleading and inaccurate. Is the improvement drastic, no, but it is still an improvement. The improvement is that Apple has upgraded the on-board chip to the H1, which leads to faster and more stable pairing. This isn’t anecdotal. It’s been tested and proven to be faster. Also, if you opt for wireless charging, buy the case with the gen 2 AirPods and you’ll save a few dollars. If you already have the 1st gen, then it’s probably not worth the upgrade. If you are looking to buy your first pair of AirPods, then go for these. The improvements with the 2ndYes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Well-fitting but missing IP55 certification- September 2, 2020
AirPods are well-fitting with an average battery life. They are compact, easy to store, and have good sound-isolation and ambient noise awareness capabilities. Would be better if they carried the IP55 certified for water resistance. One of my AirPod earbuds rolled into a small puddle of water on my table leftover from my child. The microphone stopped working immediately. However, Apple sent new replacement earbuds within 24 hours with a reasonably priced incident fee of $35 for the AppleCare+ claim. Good entry level and price is great compared with Samsung Earbuds or other entries into the wireless earbud marketspace. Well worth the purchase.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Therefore, we offer a warranty to cover the rare, unforeseen circumstances when the product is not fully functioning after purchase for a minimum of 90 days (or more, depending on the product).
The warranty we provide covers issues related to software or hardware malfunctions such as the camera or charging port not working. Our warranty does not cover malfunctions related to physical damage, water damage, or software modification problems such as jailbreaking or rooting.

- The IMEI or Serial number of your product
Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
