- Open box 10/10 really means used- March 2, 2021
Received these today and they are actually used. The right AirPod shows heavy signs of use as does the charging case. The right AirPod also has a constant buzzing noise. These were obviously used for weeks/months and then returned and are now being sold as open box.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
