  • Fantastic Trackpad, Ridiculously Expensive

Was fortunate enough to get this Magic Trackpad 2 for Christmas and I must say i'm in absolute love with it. Nobody makes trackpads better then Apple. The price of it is completely crazy however, it better be great for what Apple charges for an accessary. This trackpad works extremely well and is simple to setup. Plug the included lightning cable into the back of your iMac and its installed instantly. Takes 10 seconds. Once its paired you can remove the cable except for when you need to charge it. There are no removable batteries in this trackpad, but one charge is supposed to last a month. The entire trackpad from corner to corner is responsive to the slightest touch and its completely adjustable in settings. It allows you to use all the force touch features that are currently used in newer iOS devices on your iMac. So far i really like it, it took me a tiny bit of time to get used to scrolling up and down web pages with 2 fingers and dragging a dropping files with it, but other then that there was zero learning curve. I set the trackpad's click pressure on the lowest setting so a slight tap will open a folder.. its extremely responsive. It's very well made and i like using it so much more then the Magic Mouse 2. So if you can stomach the price, you will be very happy with it.

So easy ... it's identical to the trackpad on my MacBook Air. It's slick and comes with its own charger that you can use with your iPhone too.
