placed an order with wrong address and this is what happened.

i have been trying to cancel my order since aug.31st, which is the second day of my order. the reason why i have to cancel my order is i typed the wrong address in vancouver, (but now i'm living in Toronto,) and i have called best buy customer service over 10 times and no one can solve my problem. One told me to wait for request for the supervisor to cancel it but nothing happens, and one told me to call Canada post to cancel it myself, which doesn't work as well. How can a common request like canceling an order a day after so hard? how is solving problems for customer so hard? now you guys tell me the only way to solve it is pray for the household of the wrong address not to pick it up and return it. what if they took it and i would just lose my money. it's ridiculous.

Overkill for some but a pampered iPad experience. One that’s pretty pleasing. 😃

It does pretty much exactly what the new iPad 9.7 does, but it’s like comparing a regular car to a Cadillac. Everything is so much smoother! Its s premuim version of the iPad. If you can afford it, you won’t regret it.

Excellent tablet

This is my first iPad, and all my friends kept trying to convince me to get rid of Samsung tablet. Well I got one and I'm impressed... Super thin and light, lightening fast processing, brilliant definition and display... Way more than I expected. The Apple store said this model is too new, so I will have to wait for a hard shell case... One that covers the complete unit... Front back and sides. For now I'm settling for a small padded zip bag from Walmart.
