- Poor Battery life- April 22, 2020
Upon receiving this product, everything was in good condition, however, it did notify me that the battery health was significantly degraded. No matter how much of often it is charged, the battery only lasts a few short hours. Even when the phone is off, the battery is always deteriorating. The battery life definitely did not seem certified refurbished. Why sell products when they don't work to their full capacity? Disappointing!!No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible experience with this seller. My 9/10 condition phone came with a screen protector that was hiding many large scratches underneath. Very unhappy with the product, will never buy from this seller ever again. Absolute waste of time.

Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
